AUCTION POLICES
1. Manager reserves the right to make the final decision should a dispute occur on
the last day of the auction.
2. All the jewelry in our auction has been assessed by an expert, and may or may
not come with a written appraisal. You are welcome to take the appraisal upon
winning the item.
3. Bids are to be place in minimum increments of $5.00. There is no maximum
that you may bid, as long as the bid is a multiple of five.
4. The opening bid must reflect the reserve bid.
5. All sales are final, and items may not be returned.
6. Items must be picked up by the Friday following the final closing date. If we
do not hear from you, the item will be offered to the next person on the list. This
time frame will be NOT be extended for any reason.
7. No telephone bids will be taken.
8. For security reasons, as well as the fragility of displayed pieces, auction items
will not be removed from the showcase for inspection. Locked cases will NOT be
opened until the auction closes, at this time you can review the item prior to
purchasing it.
9. Management reserves the right to keep private the name of the person who won
the auction item.
10. All bid sheets with names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses are shredded
post auction.
11. By adding your e-mail address to the bid sheet, you agree to be added to our
customer contact e-mail tree. If you do not want to be on our list, please let us
know.
