Just wanted to relate to you what an amazing celebration you hosted last night. I was totally
enamored by the whole experience or should I say triple experience by your use of the three contrasting rooms. It was so well organized with the coat checks, buffets and bars. The entertainment in each room was stellar. This was a real celebration to the year end! The friendly atmosphere was infectious. We ate and ate and ate and enjoyed the whole ambience. From a sole practitioner, I really appreciated all the effort that your whole staff put in last night. Please congratulate everyone on behalf of an extremely elated attendee. Below are some of the actual comments we received from our own clients who attended our event on Thursday December 11, 2008:
-I think that it was the best ever, I have been at most of them! Thanks again.
-Thanks so much for the party last Thursday. I would say it was one of the best! Lots of food, no
line-ups, not crowded, tables were available…..etc. Fantastic time!
-I'm getting a lot of compliments for this year's setup. They liked that we had lots of seating and
plenty of food stations! Great job!!
-The event ran very smoothly. People commented to me on how great it was that there were no
lines for food or the bar.
I was told today, that the Representative who is on the road visiting various clients is still commenting on how wonderful the event was! As an event planner, I can only do so much with organizing the event, I know it is not possible to have a successful event with out the organization
and collaboration of everyone involved on the venue side, therefore, when you meet with everyone to discuss our event, would you please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to those
who directed traffic, Liberty Security on the doors and those same security people who went out
of their way and happily took pictures of couples and groups when asked by our guests; the group
who handled coat check, the group of people who set-up the venue and aided in moving those
tables and chairs on the day of the event, the people who vacuumed the rugs and wiped down
window and various items, the group in the kitchen who prepared the staff meals, the servers,
who cleared the staff area and replenished the food and beverage when needed and the servers
who worked tirelessly cleaning tables, passing food, etc. Again, the people in the kitchen who prepared the meals in each location, the presentation of the food stations (each year I’m always in
aw at how wonderful they look!, one year I saw one Chef set-up the décor on one of the food
station and I was amazed at how fast he had everything put together and how professional it
looked!, this year was no exception); the bartenders who vigorously worked at serving beverages
in a timely manner, the Banquet Captains who took time to be introduced to our Senior Management, Audio Visual (ESG) for all of their help and patients – I thought it was great how guests
were receiving floor plans as soon as they walked through the door (I wish I had thought of that!)
Chef Michael, for taking time during the early planning stages to do a walk through of the venue
to understand our needs, requirements and visions and provide us with his knowledge and years
of experience. Last by not least Sara, you, you have been great to work with year after year. In
addition to the above, I wanted to give special mention on how clean and tidy the venue looked
through out the night, I was amazed, I remember walking through the Artifacts room and
saying, “it doesn’t look like people where sitting and eating at certain tables”, in actual, they
were, the tables were cleared and chairs pushed back in to make it appear that any guests who
went to a table would have thought they were the first one to sit there. I loved that attention to
detail and I applaud those people who made our guest have that feeling.

night at the Liberty Grand. This was the second event in October that I have attended with my
family at your facility (I attended a wedding on Oct 4). While I was very pleased with the high

gentleman...Outstanding attention to my needs and what a terrific individual. I believe I learned

Every year when I bring a client to the Liberty Grand the results are better than before. I don't
know how you do it! Your care for the details and I usually have quite a few to care for. It seems
to me that nothing is too much trouble and I feel very confident when I book at the Liberty
Grand. May I ask that you pass on my kudos to Chef for the exquisite food. I had the beef and it
truly melted in my mouth. I was told the bass was perfectly done. In fact the whole dinner was
wonderful. The quality and creativity of the cuisine underscored the fact that we really didn't
need a tasting. Nothing was too much trouble and all requests were actioned immediately. My
job was made very easy because of everyone’s assistance and I thank everyone for that. The wait
staff was friendly and it seemed to me that they were enjoying their job as they worked the room
- very impressive to the guests. The bartenders were attentive and also seemed to be enjoying
their job – everyone was a delight time after time.
