THANK YOU TO OUR PTO FOR THE CONFERENCE NIGHT DINNER
A very special “thank you” to Kristine Neece, Michelle Meleski,
Janice Greco, Crystal Cassesa, Heather Laforce, Chris Graley,
Jaime Bernesser, Vicki Fatur, Heidi Perry, Katy Nagaj and
Marijana Benjamin for the wonderful dinner on conference night. The
staff really enjoyed the lasagna, salad and desserts you provided for us .
As always, we really appreciated you doing this for us!
OUTDOOR RECESS…
Students need to dress appropriately for outdoor recess. The children will go
outside for recess if the windchill is 15 degrees or higher. Please send coat,
gloves, hats, snow pants and boots daily.
*****DATE CHANGE FOR OAA TESTING*****
As families set up doctors appointments or other items that would necessitate a child missing
school, it is important to avoid the dates of the state-mandated tests including the Iowa/CogAT
Tests and Achievement Tests. To help you in planning, here are the test dates that will be
coming up in 2014:
Grades 3 & 4:
Ohio Achievement Testing – May 6
Grades 3 & 5:
Ohio Achievement Testing – May 7
Grades 4 & 5:
Ohio Achievement Testing – May 8
Grade 5:
Ohio Achievement Testing – May 9

The first 500 students in grades K-8 will receive a complimentary back pack and
pen when arriving at the event to carry anything they create and hand-outs they
