The History
P
assion, skill and dedication to work: these were the fundamental conditions
that gave life to NEWSYSTEM in 1978. The idea was that of bespoke furniture,
the conception and creation of a product designed exclusively to meet the
needs of the customer. The company began to take shape at the end of the Seventies
in Leffe (Bg).
Since the Nineties, NEWSYSTEM has increased its business by partnering with
Natuzzi, creating the NEWLIVING division and opening the first Divani & Divani store.
The big step towards an interpretation of luxury came in 1993 with the interior
construction of cruise ships and luxury yachts: in 2009 the company from Bergamo
becomes the main contractor for Fincantieri.
In 2008 another key step was the setting up of a holding company: NEWSYSTEM
GROUP, therefore, becomes the holder of the NEWSYSTEM and NEWLIVING
trademarks. Today NEWSYSTEM, thanks to its constant growth and its ten-year-long
experience handed down from father to son, is a company where every step of the
project - production, design, logistics and administration - is managed in full autonomy.
NEWSYSTEM is a supplier of excellence for the conception and creation of bespoke
furniture in the company’s different areas of expertise: from civil to marine projects,
from retailing to hospitality.

customers’ needs and project requirements.
Specialized in the shipbuilding sector with its Cruise
Line and Yachting divisions, Newsystem is also
active in the residential, hotel, retail and office areas.
N
ewliving is the division of the group affiliated
with Divani & Divani by Natuzzi, leading national
brand in the production of leather sofas.
It has four retail outlets: Bergamo - via Angelo Maj,
Orio al Serio - Oriocenter shopping centre, Erbusco
- Le Porte Franche shopping centre, Brescia - via
xx Settembre.
