Crazy Famous is Rock and Roll
In just over 2 short years Crazy Famous has honed their chops in the beer soaked bars and venues up and down the west coast.
A band that must be seen live, Crazy Famous brings an energetic performance coupled with memorable song writing. Think
early 70's Stones had a baby with Jet, and that baby was friends with the Black keys and was baby sat by Chuck Berry. The
best way to describe Crazy Famous is, “It's rock and roll”.
Based out of Healdsburg, CA all are former members of a wide variety of bands, from Punk, to metal, hardcore,
pop, acoustic, folk, roots, and electronic.
Brandon Hassur guitar/vocals
John Brandau drums/cow bell/vocals
K.C. Mosso bass/vocals
Crazy Famous' rock and roll sound is influenced by a wide range of music old and new, The Rolling Stones, Led
Zeppelin, The Beatles, The Kinks, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, ACDC, The Talking Heads, The Clash, Jimi
Hendrix, The Cure, The Pixies, The Ramones, The Police, Fugazi, Elvis Costello, John Lee Hooker and more.
They manage to bring the soul of these and many other influences into songs that are 100% Crazy Famous.
In the short time as a band, the boys have recorded and produced a 10 track self titled demo album, produced 2
professional music videos, recorded and released 3 singles to iTunes and amazon, and booked and played a West Coast tour.
The band is currently in preparation for recording and producing an entirely new album with music videos and touring to follow.
This first 2 years have just been the warm-up. Crazy Famous' live performance and use of clever video
promotion has gained the band wide spread attention not only as a great up and coming band, but also as a
professional, independent DIY force. While opening for bands such as Langhorne Slim, The Black Hollies,
Steve Pile, and sharing the stage with former Dire Straits Guitarist Jack Sonni, Crazy Famous is on track to
living up to its name.

BUZZ
“Three really, really, really good looking guys. Who may or may not be Crazy or Famous, but have a highly intense energetic,
vibration wherever they go. Also they might rock a tune or two. “
“It's like being in a room without a window...pure insanity”
“uhm, have you guys seen my socks? I seemed to have lost them tonight when you rocked them off of my feet.”
“it was my first time hearing you......basically, you guys are awesome! I loved dancing to your music!”
“Man, you guys brought it last night!”
“hey you guys sounded great tonight. that's what a rocknroll show is all about, good energy. you brought that bar to life,
everyone was dancin'.”
