The SBB 140 empty big bag unit has been engineered in a modular
construction which is suitable for all kinds of bulk solid materials
(granules, flakes, regrind and sticky powders) .
It can be provided with manual or electrical crane, it is heigh
adjustable and dust proof.
Moreover it has different configurations of discharging hopper:
• for free flowing materials
• with air fluidification
• with mechanical fluidification (hammers)
• with mechanical fluidification (CDU helicopter blade extractor
with vertical agitator to prevent bridges and horizontal extractor
blade
All the parts in contact with the materials can be in stainless steel
AISI 304 (in option 316L).
Available in ATEX version on request.

MEB serie

The MEB series Manual Bag consists of a grille with a rest fitted to
its front, The grille is mounted on top of a hopper which is supported
by four feet. A fabricated hood with protection door fitted to its front
covers the hopper and grille. MEB units are manufactured in highfinish-grade materials and come with or without integrated
de-dusting filter unit. In the version with integrated dust filter the
filter elements are cleaned pneumatically by reverse air jet.
Suitable for numerous customizations and satisfy a large number of
applications due to their modular component design.

CT Systems' CDU compact discharge unit ensures the immediate
discharge of bulk materials from hoppers or loaders for continuous
and batching processes.
Materials are discharged using a tangentially orientated
rotating blade which forces the materials through the bottom
outlet.
CDU is suitable for discharging bulk solids from tanks or
hoppers when:
• the product tends to bridge
• a rapid discharging system is required
• limited height is available

CPJ-M 400 / 560
CT Systems' CPJ-M jet filter has been designed to de-dust a large
variety of different dust sources. High quality standards allow to
successfully solve many de-dusting problems.
CPJ jet filter is particularly suitable for pneumatic conveying
systems (both suction and pressure-type). High filtration efficiency is
guaranteed due to accurate filter media selection.
Its engineering is a result of the research and experience in the dry
filtering with the use of sleeves and optimization of space in the
plants.
Due to its modular construction design the CPJ jet filter can be
installed in areas with limited space.
They meet all de-dusting requirements in the plastics, chemicals,
food and ceramic industries.

CPJ-W weighing hopper
CPJ-W weighing and receiving hoppers are designed for weighing, transferring and receiving
products in bakeries, blending systems and premix installations.
Different versions are available for use in bakeries, blending systems and premix installations, with
a wide range of capacities.
• Thanks to the modulare design CPJ-W can be combined in a different configurations.
• All component in contact with the products are made in stainless steel AISI 304
(in option 316L)

CPJ-L 700 / 1200
The CPJ jet filter series have been designed to solve the many de-dusting problems found in
industrial plants, particularly in the pressurised or vacuum conveying of powders as well as for the
protection of silos. Thanks to its compact design and the filters’ effective extraction system it can
be use in many applications even when there is very limited space.
The “filter jet cleaning” system guarantees excellent per formance and efficiency. The CPJ jet
filters are constructed from stainless steel and are ideal for use in many different industries such as
Plastics, Chemicals, Food, Ceramics and Pharmaceuticals.
Propeller
A pneumatic conveying system in which the gas conveying speed is
generally lowed than the minimum maintenance speed of the conveyed
product, can be defined as Dense Phase or transfer of controlled
slugs of dry powdered or granular materials through enclose convey
lines.
DF-S SERIE is a pressure vessel with a volume varying from a few
hundred to thousands of liters and is certified according to PED
97/23/EC. The Transporter is designed for the pneumatic conveying
application and is generally pressurized from 1 to 6 bars. The
product is conveyed through a pipe-line.
Abrasive and heavy products as silica sand, feldspare, glass cullet,
alumina, glass batch mix, etc.
Fragile products as sorbitol, dextrose, candy, resins, cocoa beans,
nuts, puffed rice, etc.
