Orizon Daily Workshops Consist of:
Orizon Hip Hop Groove - Move and be moved while listening to the hottest Hip/Hop
music! It combines Breakdancing, House, Hip Hop, Urban, Jazz, Krumping, Funk and a
twist of Creative Movement on top.
Orizon Soul (Cultural Dances) - Inspired by Brazilian, Caribbean, & Middle Eastern
festivals fused with the cultivation of Hip/Hop Latin grooves including: Salsa, Reggaeton,
Samba, Frevo, Cumbia, Belly Dancing, Meringue, Lebanese- dabkeh, India- bhangra,
African dances, and the global evolution of Hip/Hop style with a taste of Swing just to
name a few.
Orizon Combat (Martial Arts) - Total Body Workout of a Youth Fighter … come prepared
(body, mind & soul) to burn some major calories. There are no gloves or contact
involved. Capoeira, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do and Tai Chi are to name a few that are
incorporated in this class. Martial Arts are still practiced today as both a method of self
defense and physical/mental exercise.
Orizon Sports Conditioning - It is simultaneously an aerobic (agility/speed), plyometric
(balance/power) and strength endurance art form. No experience is necessary or
required, just an attitude to sweat!
