Welcome to the premier event of Spring...MACS Night 2012 Garden Party! I
love a party and I am sure this one will be spectacular because a great party
includes...friends, delicious food, activities (dancing, bingo, raffles, auctions
and socializing) and most important a desire to kick back and relax!

advancement of Loyola Catholic School.

Nearly 40 years ago the first group of parents, faculty and community
members got together to create what we now call MACS Nite. We have
come a long way since our humble beginnings in the Kato Ballroom.
What has not changed is the commitment and passion to continue the
legacy of Loyola Catholic School.
It takes a team of many to create an event that we hope will inspire you to
"Discover the Difference." There is no way to express our gratitude to all of
the volunteers, parents and Mankato area businesses who have chosen to
take part in MACS Nite.
Thank you to all and we hope to see you again next year!

Auction Procedure: You must have a bid number to participate in any
auction. You can register for a bid number in the Office located directly across
from the Gym. Check-out begins at 10:45pm in the Conference Room located
within the Cafeteria.

Place your bid number and amount of your bid on the bid sheet that
corresponds to the item on which you wish to bid.
Bids must be raised by at least $2. Enter as many bids as you wish.
An announcement will be made to indicate last call for silent auction. Final bids
must be entered at this time.
Winning bids will be posted in the Cafeteria hallway at 10:30pm. Please allow
adequate time for bid tabulation and data entry. Your patience is appreciated.
