(2) I WILL ENSURE THAT MY AMPHICAR IS SAFE & LEGAL AT ALL TIMES FOR ROAD AND WATER USE AND WHERE
MANDATORY OR USE ON WATER IT IS INSURED. (3) WHILST ATTENDING ANY IAOC EVENT I WILL ENSURE THAT MY
AMPHICAR IS DRIVEN LEGALLY, RESPONSIBLY AND WITH DUE CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS. (4) IF CARRYING ANYONE
UNDER THE AGE OF 16 IN MY AMPHICAR WHILST ON THE WATER I WILL ENSURE THEY ARE WEARING A SUITABLE LIFE
PRESERVER UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE BY THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN. (5) I AGREE THAT I WILL NOT CHARGE FOR
RIDES WHILST AT IAOC ORGANISED EVENTS.
