Radio Trans Mundial
TWR officially operates as Radio Trans Mundial (RTM) in the Latin world, with partner offices in 12 countries. Their broadcasting/production facilities are situated in
key locations throughout the Americas to produce high quality, original programs for
the Americas Region in 15 languages and dialects. They serve as the link between
listeners and churches in many Latin American countries.
Leaders and delegates from the RTM offices gather annually in one of the RTM
Partner countries to plan ministry and share personal reports. This year the meeting
will be right here on Bonaire. We are looking forward to hearing firsthand reports of
how the Lord is reaching the Americas through the broadcasts of TWR Bonaire and
the many RTM Partners. We lack much of that personal contact with our widespread listeners so firsthand reports from the field are very encouraging to us. Visit

The TWR office and transmitter site on Bonaire
are getting a much needed face lift and update
in preparation for our special celebrations this year with the Partner’s Conference and the 50th
anniversary of broadcasting from
Bonaire. Two missions teams
came to Bonaire in January. The
Waynesburg University team
Westover Church volunhelped us with marketing/communications
teers renovating studio
work, painting, and cleared out the old studios. The Westover Church team came at the end of January and installed new soundproofing panels, carpeting, lights, networking cables, and much more. January was a very high energy month indeed. The physical studio renovations are complete and we are now
waiting on funding to purchase and install the new studio electronics.

Thank you for faithfully lifting us up in prayer.
Our family is doing well and managing the normal daily routine except for the occasional cold
or flu bout. This is also cruise ship season so
traffic around town is slightly more hectic. We
still don’t have any traffic lights or stop signs,
but Bonaire will soon have it’s fourth traffic
circle! We are enjoying the extra visitors we
get to tour the TWR station.
Joshua will be
traveling to Curacao soon to get an
adjustment to his
new leg brace. He
did also get a
wonderful new
Quickie wheelchair that is very
light and maneuverable. It helps
him a lot to sit rather than walk with
his continual back
pain. We are very
grateful for the
medical system on
Bonaire that is
helping meet his special needs. He may soon
also get a special brace to help correct his jaw.
Despite his challenges, Joshua has really taken a keen interest in scuba diving and is already getting more advanced certifications. It
is a great outlet and activity for him as his back
has a lot less strain when in the water.

Mari and I celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary in January. As we
look back, we are thankful for the
many blessings, family, and great
adventures the Lord has graciously
given us. We are also very thankful
for the friends we have made on
Bonaire and their encouragement.
We also like the many visitors from
around the world we get to know,
and how they share their cultures
and experiences with our family.
