Atlanta Entertainment Basketball League { 2016 Partnership Opportunities The Atlanta Entertainment Basketball League (AEBL), is a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation established by its founder, Jahi "Jah" Rawlings in 2013. Entering its 4th annual summer season AEBL is the premiere pro-am basketball league in Atlanta, GA. AEBL's primary goal is to facilitate young adults in Atlanta form meaningful relationships on and off the court that help them develop into model citizens despite hailing from underserved communities. AEBL also strives to continue building an entertaining and family oriented platform that brings top local high school, college, and pro players back to the Atlanta community. Our mission is to offer Atlanta's youth an opportunity to learn how to utilize their athletic experiences to foster a positive correlation in academic achievement, social, and career development. We believe the most authentic way to continue to build a brand and make an impact is by taking care of OUR local community. It is vital that the AEBL continues to give back and positively affect the lives of our youth and community. Key Community Initiatives Block Party (Free Food & Drinks) Basketball Camps & Clinics Get Fit Initiative (Promote Health & Wellness) Back to School Drive (Backpack w/school supplies distribution) Mentoring Anti-Bullying Initiative Importance of Education Entrepreneurship Training AEBL Jr. games will kickoff this summer for 6 weeks every weekend starting July 2 - Aug 13 concluding with an all star game at the end of the season. All jr. participants will partake in a once a month skills development clinic hosted by AEBL partnered with ELITE pro athletes. Focus Core Areas: Leadership, Teamwork, Social Development, Health & Wellness, and Sportsmanship. #Hoop4aCause is a signature AEBL basketball charity event produced by Jah Rawlings (founder of AEBL), and media partner Streetz 94.5FM Urban radio station. The charity event has serviced over 600 inner-city youth age 12-18 over the past 3 years.
