The interchangeable lens system lets you select the right lenses
for the conditions, then easily snap them into place. All lenses

errors do occur. Our goal is to respond to your needs as swiftly and efficiently as possible,
in a manner that minimizes the costs for us both. With that in mind, we have structured our

coating warranty
Factory hard coating and mirrors are warranted for 12 months. There is NO warranty for
scratches on mirrored lenses. The replacement lenses must be of the same prescription and
material as the original.
progressive lens warranty
In the event a patient cannot adjust to their progressive lenses within 90 days, we will credit the
original Rx in full, provided that a pair of single vision lenses or a pair of progressive lenses with
a different lens design are ordered in its place. These lenses must be of the same prescription
and frame shape as the original progressive lens order.
doctor redo
Lenses will be remade at a 50% discount if the original Rx was made within the prior 30 days.
rx changes/cancelled jobs
If the lenses are not in process, Rx changes will be accepted at no charge. Cancelled jobs and
duplicate jobs will be billed at 50%.
returns/credits
Credits will be issued upon return of original lenses. For return or credit issues, please call
866-9-BOLLERx (866-926-5537).
