Two Outstanding Models
CemcoLift elevators come in a choice of two superbly
engineered models. Both have a car speed of 40 feet
per minute. The CMR-750 is our most popular
residential elevator with a 750-pound capacity and 12
square feet of usable cab area. The CMR-950 is larger
with 15 square feet of usable cab area, carrying up to
950 pounds.

Select the Configuration
That’s Right for You
CemcoLift has an elevator
design to match practically
any residential application or
configuration. Our CMR-750
and CMR-950 models can be
built to be front opening,
front and rear opening, front
and side opening, or with
openings on three sides. Standard sizes are 12 square
feet and 15 square feet.
However, custom sizes are
also available.
Our elevators utilize approximately 20 square feet of floor
space and can be installed in a
standard studded hoistway.

Installation is performed
exclusively by carefully
selected, factory-trained
distributors who meet
CemcoLift’s stringent
standards.
In some cases, builders may set aside space in new
construction so that an elevator can be installed at
a later date. (Prior to installation, this reserved area
can be used for storage.) In other cases, elevators
are installed into existing structures during
remodeling. Our expert engineering staff will
gladly provide a complete set of detailed drawings
and specifications to match your individual needs
and requirements.
