Special gourmet evenings
Each evening at dinner, one of these restaurants will present its own Buon Ricordo speciality,
which guests can enjoy with an accompanying wine selected specially for the occasion by
MSC Cruises’ professional sommeliers. In accordance with Buon Ricordo tradition, for each
speciality tasted, diners will receive a decorative plate dedicated to the restaurant in question.
Unique souvenir plate
Anyone opting for at least five of the six special Buon Ricordo dishes offered during the cruise will
also receive a free commemorative plate created especially for this cruise - a collector’s item and
a unique souvenir.

Buon Ricordo recipes for themselves. Participants will
receive a certificate as well as a brochure containing
each of the featured recipes.
Ceramics decoration demo
Guests will also have the opportunity to learn about the art of decorating ceramics.The celebrated
potters of Solimene Ceramics from the historic town of Vietri on Italy’s Amalfi Coast have been
producing Buon Ricordo souvenir plates since the association was founded in 1964. In two sessions
covering different techniques, they will show how these attractive pieces are created.
MSC POESIA
The Buon Ricordo (“Good Memories”) association is a collective of restaurants in Italy
and around the world whose aim is to promote high quality Italian regional cuisine and
traditional local specialities. In this exclusive gourmet cruise, MSC Poesia will play host to six
of the restaurants affiliated with the association: four from different areas of gastronomic
interest in Italy, one from Luxembourg and - last but not least - the ship’s own à la carte
restaurant L’Obelisco.
