The “Flower Coast” - the Côte Fleurie in French is partly land, partly sea, a combination of elegance
and romanticism. Bathed in the special light that the
Impressionists once found so alluring, the coast
is a succession of sandy beaches and majestic cliffs.
This incomparable setting is dominated by a landscape
dotted with lavish stud farms, dazzling manor houses
and traditional vineyards. The region is also home
to the handsome por t of Honfleur and the charming
and prestigious seaside resor ts of Deauville, Cabourg,

pedestrians only) and walks and banks planted with flowers
as well as a large number of shops and restaurants…

This location, which is unique in France, already provides a highquality urban, architectural and landscape approach. Designed
by the urban architect Xavier Bohl, the buildings in the Premium
Residential Apartments are punctuated by changing facades and
volumes with a wealth of diversity and balance. Pride of place is
given to the finest materials and construction techniques with
the greatest respect for tradition and the state of the art: brick,
stone, terracotta tiles, natural slate, solid-wood half-timbering and
lime or plaster rendering in shades of beige, white or ochre. The
seven buildings open onto a paved main courtyard adorned with
lavish ornamental gardens designed by landscape architect Thierry
Huau, and all in keeping with the spirit of a private townhouse.

We have designed the apar tments as a living
space that focuses on intimacy with a contemporary
reading of the language of Deauville. We have followed
the example of the shades inspired by the shoreline of
this bright coast where the azure colours mingle with
soft grey slate. In the same spirit, the warm materials
– wood, woollen fabrics, velvet, linen – create a hushed
ambiance.
