OBLIGATIONS & RIGHTS
CLIENT’S OBLICATION AND RIGHTS
1-) 50% of exhibit or sponsorship fee is required after signing contract or at lease 1
week after signing contract. Valid Booth is fully paid and 50% more should be
settled 5days before the beginning of setting up booth. Valid booth is fully paid and
Organizer reserves all right to terminate this contract immediately by written
notice in the event of breach or anticipatory breach by Exhibitor of any of the terms
and conditions set forth herein, including Exhibitor’s failure to make a payment when
due under the terms of the contract.
2-) The exhibitor shall be solely responsible for paying VAT 10% to Tax Department
3-) Ordering of other auxiliary services is subject to an 100% advance payment.
4-) In case of cancellation of exhibitor’s participation one months and less before
the beginning of exhibition construction, the exhibitor is obligatory to pay the
cancelation fee in amount of 50% of expected rental fees.
5-) Commercial activities on the Fair are ruled by the usual regulations and the
legislation of CAMBODIA.
6-) The Exhibitor is entitled to advertise his products/services only in his own
exposition.
7-) The Exhibitors must preserve the period of common arrivals at and departures
from the exhibition space Of the fair.
8-) The organizer does not accept or respond any liability for lose, theft or damage
of product & personal harm of exhibitors.
ORGANIZER’S OBLICATION AND RIGHTS
1-) Organizer all right reserve to change date or cancel all or any part of the
event or reduce the amount of space allocated to the event for any necessary
reason or case such as acts of war, natural disaster, government’s emergency or
need of whole or any part of exhibition area, bad social or political environment,
cancellation of exhibitor’s participation or booths sole are less than 70% of total
booth planed, labor strike or unavailability of the event facility.
2-) If the Event is changed or delayed, Organizer will inform news date of event to
all exhibitors on month before event dates. In this case, Deposited amount is not
refundable.
3-) If the Event is cancelled in its entirety By Organizer, this contract shall
automatically terminate, and Organizer shall refund to each exhibitor its exhibit
space rental payment previously paid 3weeks after cancellation of the event, in full
satisfaction of all liabilities of Organizer to Exhibitor. Any exhibitor who cancels
this contract prior to any cancellation of the Event by Organizer shall not be
entitled to any refunds.
