together, it is all done out of love and affection. To me, this is also
a time for reflection and to look ahead with hope and progress. At

The new store interior look can be defined as ‘classic-chic’. The
design is elegant, sophisticated, upscale and refined with classic
yet timeless. We continue to offer a truly unique shopping
experience as a refined lifestyle store specializing in the most
exclusive homeware and home interior products. Discover the

On September 18th, a Grand Opening cocktail party was held to
unveil the new interior space to over 100 VIP guests and close
friends. Mrs. Wendy Siu and the Officiating Guest of Honour
Mr. Arnaud Barthélémy, Consul General of France in Hong Kong
& Macau gave meaningful speeches. The Consul General spoke
about the importance of Heather & March’s contribution in
promoting French luxury, heritage, culture and know-how to a
local audience. The Consul General also highlighted Wendy Siu’s
recent promotion in June 2012 from Knight of the National of Merit
to Officer of the National Order of Merit, France. To view the event

Silver in the Seas
In October 2012, Heather & March partnered with Simpson Marine
for the 1st Annual Nansha Boat Show held in Guangzhou, China.
Heather & March’s Ercuis silverware, Raynaud ‘Cristobal Marine’
and Le Jacquard Français table linens provided an ultra-luxurious
setting on board two of Simpson Marine’s luxury yachts.
Earlier this year, Heather & March embarked on a new partnership
with high-end kitchen and appliance brands Poggenpohl and
Gaggenau for their brand new lifestyle studio situated in Causeway
Bay. The ultra-modern 10,000 square feet space includes a dining
area graced with Raynaud ‘Attraction’ porcelain and Ercuis ‘Alto’
silverware.
Utilizing this venue, Heather & March will continue to co-organize
cooking programs with its long-term partner Institut Paul Bocuse
as well as hold its own lifestyle and know-how workshops. In July
2012, a private 2-day Institut Paul Bocuse program was held for
HKU Museum Society members, which included table setting
and entertaining tips sharing by none other than Wendy Siu. In
September 2012, private culinary classes also took place for
groups of real estate developers and architects.
Stay tuned for Wendy’s upcoming baking class in January 2013
teaching delicious recipes for Chocolate cake with chocolate
mousse & lavendar cremieux and traditional Madeleine. To sign up,

Heather & March continues to collaborate with The Ritz Carlton
Hong Kong on their most lavish wedding banquet head tables as
well as participating in their wedding showcase events.
