For MSPs, 4ipnet’s SMB solution offers a recurring
profit-generating network architecture. As many
SMBs do not have the resources to manage their own
Wi-Fi networks, MSPs can help by offering network
management as a service. The WHG controllers and
access points are deployed at customer sites, while the
NMS management systems are deployed at the MSPs’
data centers. Each customer would then be provided
administrative access to the management interface
of their own wireless network. Alternatively, they can
simply allow the MSPs to perform all the monitoring,
management, and troubleshooting.
