HARVEST:
At the end of September. The harvest is anticipated to limit the alcohol
volume and obtain the most fragrance and aromatic freshness.
VINIFICATION/FERMENTATION:
The grapes are pressed and immediately destalked in order to obtain the
minimum color extraction. Ageing in stainless steel tank.

Fresh and elegant with hints of flowers and strawberry.
