R
obert Fisher, of Sarasota, FL,
is the owner of Roaring Toyz
and Roaring Twinz. Roaring
Toyz is his division that customizes
sport bikes with those big rear tires
and long swingarms, and they also
build some sick metric Baggers that
will make you do a double take. Roaring Twinz is the division that handles
the Harley side of things, especially
the Baggers. Every once in a while,
the two divisions partner up on a
build and the result is something
special, like The Chief. The theme of
The Chief is actually built around a
Roaring Toyz T-shirt.
Robert first got into customizing
when he was 10 years old, sweeping
the floor at his local bicycle shop and
learning how to sand, paint, teardown
and rebuild, among other things. At
15, he purchased his first motorcycle,
a 50cc YSR that he immediately tore
into, painted and chromed everything.
Robert spent 15 years road racing
and opened up his own motorcycle
repair shop. Roaring Toyz became
a parts manufacturer and nationally
known for their outrageous sport
bikes. Now Robert is bringing that
passion to the V-Twin Bagger world
and they won’t just be building loud,
fast, eye-catching, big-wheeled Baggers; they are introducing a parts line
as well.

The Chief is Robert’s personal Bagger and is built on
a ’09 Road Glide chassis. The 96” Twin Cam motor was
upgraded with a Performance Machine air cleaner and
Bagger Nation Phantom pipe. Robert is big on the little
details. Look at the different parts of the motor that have
been painted. The frame was cut, stretched and raked and
is now two inches up and two inches out with a 35 degree
rake. In addition to an HHI Neck Rake Kit, an FBI Drop
Seat Kit was installed along with rear air ride.
The front end is an inch over with nine degree raked trees
and is equipped with American Suspension hidden axle single
disc legs and custom cowbells. A 26” Performance Machine
Shock Contrast Cut wheel rides on the front with a single
custom rotor. The pulled-back bars are CamTech’s Low Life
with Performance Machine grips, mirrors and Roaring Toyz
Billet Contrast Cut clutch and brake levers. The stock fairing
was upgraded with a molded-in Sinister windshield and a
Bagger Nation Scoowl fairing extension. Milwaukee Bagger
supplied the stretched saddlebags, lids and the rear fender

with a Frenched license plate mount. The custom taillight is
also molded into the rear fender with taillight/brake light in
the shield of the logo and the turn signals are molded into the
graphics. The gas tank is the stock tank with CamTech’s Drop
Seat Tank Body Kit. Roaring Toyz supplied the custom-molded, low-profile dash panel and pop-up, flush-mount gas cap.
Robert has a long history with Performance Machine from his
sport bike background and sourced them for the saddlebag
latches, horn cover, floorboards, footpegs and foot controls.
CamTech also supplied the Flared Side Covers. The 26” front
fender is from B’Cool Products. Paul Wong and his right-hand
man, Lionel at Aruba, applied the feather graphics, candy and
flake. Over 50 pieces were painted by Aruba. Gabby, at Lite
‘Em Up Customz, handled the translucent rear fender molding and LED lighting.
After all those years of breaking bones and putting his
life on the line, racing, Robert has embraced the Bagger lifestyle and gladly concedes that he has slowed down, a little.
