With some of us liking a cheeky vino or
beer more than others, our set menus
do not include drinks.
Drinks are charged on consumption
with the option to pre-select wines/
beers/spirts prior to your function.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
ALLERGIES? PICKY?
No problems! We can be accommodate
it! BUT we need at least 72 hours’
notice to ensure we can order it in. On
a small note, allergies to certain
ingredients will be pointed out as we
cannot guarantee that any dish will be
free from trace allergens.
FINAL NUMBERS ARE KEY.
Prior to your event we do require the
final confirmed numbers for groups
and functions.
A gratuity of 10% is added to all
functions and group bookings of
9+ guests.

Terms + Conditions
Have a read and give us a shout if you have
any questions so we can ensure your event
is an amazing success!
Making a Reservation & Deposit
We’re pretty popular so to confirm your party
for 9 people or more, please send back the
completed attached booking form.
An initial deposit of 30% will be charged to the credit
card provided for exclusive function bookings, unless
prior arrangements have been made with
management.
Party Numbers
So we can perfectly prepare, guest number
estimated must be in 1 week before. Final numbers
and dietary requirements must also be advised in
writing 72 hours before your function. Sorry guys –
extra people will otherwise result in extra costs.
No-Shows
Venue Requirements
If unfortunately you have no-shows to your event,
we will have to charge the full cost of food for the
number of guests booked. Since after all we can’t
waste all the delicious nibbles our Head Chef Wayne
would have created!
Whilst we allow entertainment to perform, we do
we need to control noise levels for the sake of our
neighbours. So this is to be negotiated prior to the
event.
Payment
Prior to the big day, we do require 80% of all costs to
be paid with the remainder due following the event.
We only accept major credit cards for payment. (Oh
and only one account will be issued for your function.)
Your Responsibilities
No dodgy business. We expect anyone who is
holding a function at MOJO to conduct their function
in a legal and respectable manner and is responsible
for the conduct of its guests and invitees.
Party Timings
Please be nice to our space, since after all damages
that occur to the restaurant, the property or staff
will be chargable. Please note that in line with the
Australian legislation relating to responsible service of
alcohol, MOJO staff and management reserve the
right to terminate a function, refuse service to any
guest deemed intoxicated, or take responsible action
to assist any intoxicated guest from the premises.
Lunch Parties: Prior to your event, we will negotiate
reasonable time for your leaving.
Bar Rights
Dinner Parties: Being in a residential area,
unfortunately the party has to end within our venue
by 10.30pm. (But if you require additional bump out
times, we can sort this but an hourly charge will apply
for a staff member to monitor your bump out.)
Although we always look on the bright side, we have
to point out we do not assume responsibility for the
loss or damage to any property belonging to the
client or their guests. You are responsible for delivery
and collection of any external props/equipment and
no additional food or beverage is permitted into the
premises under any circumstance.
Sorry guys, but split accounts will not be provided.
Please note payments by credit card will incur a
merchant fee of 2%. All rates include taxes.
Hiring of Equipment and
Extra Equipment
If you are looking to hire extras (flowers,
photographers, audio visuals, table decorations, DJ’s
etc) it is your responsibility to organise and pay for.
If you require any help, ask us (we’re super nice) and
we can definitely see if any of our suppliers can assist.
Beverage Service
As we are only licensed until 10pm, last drinks will be
at 9:30pm. No drinks are to be taken outside due to
licensing.
