PRIVATE DINING AT THE GUN The Gun, a grade II listed 250 year old venue, is a stunning riverside setting steeped in rich naval and docklands history. Our traditional, elegant and award winning pub offers you and your guests the best of British cuisine, the finest of wines and experienced service in unique surroundings. Each room has been carefully restored to its original glory with unusual and interesting features, making the entire venue a memorable and special place to hold your event. MAIN DINING ROOM Our Dining Room can be hired exclusively for dining parties of up to 80 guests. For groups of 51 to 80 guests, the full front room of The Gun can be hired, including our main bar area. For up to 50 guests, our Dining Room can be hired alone, with the front bar remaining open to other guests. 80 seated/ 120 standing No hire fee, only minimum spends apply (Available on request) RIVER ROOM Our beautifully restored River Room is perfect for exclusive dining in historic surroundings. The River Room, on the first floor, seats up to 16 guests around an oval oak table. It boasts high ceilings, original stripped oak flooring, an abundance of natural daylight, and full, stunning views of the River Thames, O2 Arena and Greenwich. 16 seated No hire fee, only minimum spends apply CABIN ROOM Our beautifully restored Cabin Room is perfect for exclusive dining in historic surroundings. The Cabin Room, on the ground floor, seats up to 22 guests. It has beautiful, oakpanelled walls, antique tankards and two large sash windows which view our riverside terrace and the Thames. 22 seated/ 30 standing No hire fee, only minimum spends apply RED ROOM Our delightful semi-private dining room, The Red Room, is perfect for exclusive dining in surroundings full of character. The Red Room, on the ground floor, seats up to 20 guests on 2 long parallel tables. The room boasts its own open fireplace, an abundance of natural daylight, and full, stunning views of the River Thames and O2. 20 seated / 30 standing No hire fee, only minimum spends apply RIVERSIDE TERRACE Our riverside terrace is perfect for pre-dinner drinks. The space is fully heated with retractable roofing and walls perfect for parties all year around! No hire fee, only minimum spends apply PRIVATE DINING ‘SET MENU’ Three course menu: £38 per person (subject to supplements and cheese) Please note that groups of up to 16 guests can order on the day from the set menu. Groups of 17 – 30 will need to pre-order from the set menu 1 week prior to the event. If your numbers are 30 or more, you will be required to select one starter, one main and one dessert for all your guests. We will then cater for anyone with special dietary requirements separately. You will see that there are large sharing items such as the whole roast suckling pig or beef ‘Wellington’ which can be presented whole to your guests and certainly make for a sumptuous feast! Where possible, all dishes will be served on platters and boards in the centre of the table so your guests can try some of each dish and have fun sharing together.
