Jamaheer takes the privilege to thank our customer for giving us an opportunity to introduce us
as an Electromechanical Contractors with distinctive operations in UAE.
Jamaheer was established in 1996 and since then with its quality and commitment to the
construction world of Dubai has proven to be of continuous and sustainable growing
organisation.
Jamaheer undertakes total project solutions in executing HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire
Systems.
Our expertise in Electromechanical projects include Residential, Commercial, Industrial and
Institutional Projects such as Health, Educational and Financial with systems not limited to
Steam, Compressed Air and Process cooling systems. Whilst our core competency lies in these
specialised areas and turnkey Projects, Jamaheer has a unique culture providing exceptional
services to our customers and committed to exceeding their expectations.
Our management strategy is to offer our clients a high quality workmanship with extremely
reliable, efficient and economical systems at a reasonable price. To keep up our pace with
ongoing technical innovations, training and development programs are provided for our
experienced staff strategically with all our divisions and as well update our policies and
procedures accordingly.
Successful and timely completion of projects with totally reliable project based resources and
well established operational systems and quality management system ISO 9001:2008 are the
attributes to our proven strengths.
All our departmental divisions have always been collectively committed in exercising effective
communication as a continuous process with exceptional coordination between each project
professional at all levels and in every aspect to match our MEP programs and achieving the
agreed plan of schedule in terms of design, drawings, submittals, supply of materials,
execution and successfully complete the testing, commissioning and hand over of the project
well within the deadlines.
Our field of expertise has developed under the strict guidelines and requirements of scope of
work environments, our quality of work with completed attention to detail. Our project
coordination by design division, quality control and quality assurance, over all performance
and timely completion are the direct result of our specialization in those areas. Our capability
with value engineering decisions wherever possible to assist with the cost impact has allowed
for development of realistic budgets and excellent mechanical systems. The number of project
personnel meets the needs of individual projects.
Design, development and all associated documents are prepared to assist with budgets and are
used to produce shop drawings following consultants and as well as our expertise

customization, fabrication and installation. The majority of our piping, plumbing and fire
protection systems are prefabricated in our shop and delivered to the field for installation.
Our expertise in the areas of power projects with 400/132 kV substations and 132/11 kV
substations for Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) in association with various
power project contractors such as M/s. Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (Japan), M/s. Siemens
(Germany) LLC and M/s. Areva T&D Systems (France).
Our Maintenance Division has always been highly regarded with its facility maintenance
works of all systems including under the Annual Maintenance Contract and as well as
customized services. Maintenance Technical teams are committed to respond to customer
complaints at a defined turn around to record and check warranty of installed services, history
of complaints and breakdown calls, customer and supplier records and critically improve our
service quality.

STATEMENT
Jamaheer firmly believes that our systemic procedures and business
processes, professionally executed and well accomplished by our enthusiastic
staff, distinctly indicates our care and continuance in providing high levels of
our quality works, customer service and customer satisfaction.
Jamaheer strives to consistently providing quality engineering installation
services of preferred quality products, packaged with the most reliable and
efficient maintenance services, subject to total compliance on all its
requirements, and where possible exceeds the expectations of our customers.
Jamaheer focuses on training and development of its personnel through their
flexibility and adaptability to service the overwhelmingly transforming
business environment, by innovative working techniques and continuously
improve the efficacy of our design and building management systems.
We will ensure that all our staff having good knowledge and understanding of
our quality objectives, working towards meeting the system requirements,
and committed to developing processes and promoting new ideas.
To address and achieve an ongoing progress in quality service and customer
satisfaction, Jamaheer will maintain, review and revise its quality objectives
and targets annually. Jamaheer will conduct quality audits and reviews on all
operational activities at least once a year, and will allocate human, financial
and other resources appropriately in order to achieve targeted results.
Concurrently, Jamaheer is committed with established quality management
system, both administrative and operational, to work towards continuous
improvement on its quality performance in accordance with the requirements

STATEMENT
Preserve the environment for our future and free the planet from CFCs.
Identify and better manage our environmental risks and opportunities.
Work closely with our employees, clients, suppliers and other related parties
to continually refine our ongoing operations and work practices to best
practice standards .
Eliminate our negative environmental impacts and try to minimise, if
possible avoid wastage and usage of environmentally unfriendly products
while maximising our positive environmental impact.
Keep the environment around us clean, safe and regularly monitor and
report on our environmental performance.
Comply with the Environment Policy of the U. A. E. Government, implement
and maintain them in all our projects.
All Administrative Managers, Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors
are accountable for environmental performance in their area of responsibility.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
STATEMENT
Jamaheer firmly believes in the significance of health and safe working practices of
our employees, as it forms the fundamental part of the effectiveness and efficiency
of our management. Furthermore, as an organisation and employer, we do
acknowledge our commitment so far as is reasonably practicable in ensuring for the
health and safety of our employees, public health and not to endanger our
environment.
Jamaheer recognises that in our duties and responsibilities to our employees, the
foremost requirement is providing and maintaining hygienic conditions, healthy
environment and safe work practices. In addition, Jamaheer also comprehends the
relationship between efficiency and safety in terms of cost control, losses, ill health
and the lost time injuries due to accidents and near misses.
Every managerial and supervisory staff shall apply the organisation’s safety policy
and all legislative provisions in their areas of control and execute all reasonably
practicable measures to provide a healthy and safe working environment.
We also consider that every employee in our organisation has an individual
responsibility ensuring strict adherence to company’s and all legislative safety
