How does the “no-receipt-required” return policy work?
Let’s say you need to return an item but your receipt has decided to disappear. If you used
your SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Membership when you purchased the item, a Sears
or Kmart Associate will be able to look up your original receipt for you. Simply provide your
email address, phone number or Member number to the Associate who will look up your
purchase. How great is that?
I have a Sears MasterCard. Can I still earn Sears Choice
Rewards if I’m also a Member of SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS?
Yes. Purchase of eligible merchandise will continue to earn Sears Choice Rewards if you
are a member of the Sears Choice Rewards program. Plus, you’ll earn 10 Points or more
for every $1 you spend on qualified purchases when you use your SHOP YOUR WAY
REWARDS card.

menu to get to your private Personal Shopper page where you can post a message to your
Personal Shopper.
How do I get recommendations from my Personal Shopper?
When your Personal Shopper recommends a product or creates a custom catalog for you,
you will receive an email. You can also sign in to www.shopyourway.com and click on the
Personal Shopper link in your left menu to see the latest messages from your shopper.
How does a Personal Shopper benefit me?
Personal Shoppers not only save you time by finding, researching and comparing products
that you already need and want, they’ll also help you discover new items based on your
tastes and interests. Your Personal Shopper will also pass along offers to you, saving you
even more.
Do I have to pay for my Personal Shopper?
