The journey starting with the application of black soap to cleanse and soften the skin in preparation of the kese (exfoliating mitt)

Luxury Fresh Hand & Arm

Arrival Time
You are encouraged to arrive at least 15 Min prior to you appointment to enjoy the serenity of Emirates Grand Spa at Emirates
Grand Hotel. Please be advised that late arrivals may result in a reduction of the treatment time.
Spa Treatments
All treatments are available to guest staying at Emirates Grand Hotel. For guests who are not staying at the hotel, all treatments are
available, but the minimum treatment time is one hour. All booking require a credit card as guarantee.
Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment for the perfect treatment, please speak with our Emirates Grand Spa receptionist, who will recommend
the perfect treatment for you. Hotel guest can call operator by pressing “0“from their room phone who will forward the call to spa
reception. To ensure that your preferred time and treatment are available. We advised booking in advance.

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. To preserve this

The Minimum age requirement for access and treatments is 16 years.
Health Conditions
Kindly advice us of any health conditions allergies or injure you may have when making your spa reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of treatment less than 3 hours prior to the reservation will results in 50 % charge. No show will be charged 100%.
Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expected and nursing mothers. Please advise the spa team upon booking to allow us to
guide your selection of the treatments that are most suitable for you during this special time.
Homecare
To continue your spa regimen and experience at home, all Emirates Grand Spa products used in the treatments are available for
purchase from the spa reception.
