type of holiday… Just 15 minutes walk from the beach in Languedoc, 2000 years of history, 25°C in the sea

ACCESS TO THE CAMPSITE
By road : A9 motorway, exit N°34 Agde/Bessan, then Nationale 113. Follow directions towards Vias/Agde, then take the
exit Vias-Plage. At the roundabout take the exit Vias-Plage, then turn right towards L’AIR MARIN.
In front of Europark STOP, turn right towards “STADE” and take on the left direction “STADE” again (STADIUM).
L’Air Marin is on the bank of “Canal du Midi”, in a park of poplars.

ARRIVAL AT THE CAMPSITE
Reception : In July and August : 8 am - 1 pm and 2 pm – 8 pm, open every day.
In low season: 9 am – 12 am and 2 pm – 8 pm from Monday to Saturday. Sunday flexible hours.
Camping pitch : from 12 am

In case of early departure, no check-out can be done outside the opening hours of the reception.

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
On arrival, a deposit will be required for control bracelets. This is mandatory and will not be returned if the bracelet is lost (8€).
Wearing the control bracelet is compulsory into the campsite for the duration of the stay.

ACCOMMODATION RENTAL CONDITIONS
CAMPING PITCH RENTAL CONDITIONS
1) Rental : in July and August, full week from Saturday to Saturday : arrival between
4 pm to 7.30 pm. Departure from 8 am to 12 am. In low season, stay of minimum 2
nights : arrival from 2 pm to 6 pm. Departure from 9 am to 12 am. Based on 6, 4 or 2
people (including children and babies) + 1 vehicle. If the renter arrives with more than
the number of people authorized in total, the contract will be void. The customer will
not be permitted to take possession of the accommodation and the first payment will be
retained by the campsite. Tents are not allowed on rental plots.
2) Late arrival/Early departure : in case of late arrival, the mobile home will remain
available until the following midday. If no message is received by then, the mobile home
becomes free to rent and the first payment will be retained by the management. In case
of late arrival and/or early departure, the payment corresponding to the stay booked will
be due in total and no refunding or deduction will be applied. For early departures, no
check-out can be done outside the opening hours of the reception (July-Agust : 8 am-12
am / 2 pm-7 pm. Low season : 9 am–12am/2 pm–5.30 pm).
3) Booking : booking becomes effective only after receipt of payment of 50% of the
total rental amount and 25 € of booking fees which in all case must be paid by the
renter. Then a reservation confirmation will be sent to you and should be presented to
the reception upon your arrival.
4) Payment : the balance must be paid in full on the day of the customer’s arrival.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD IS NOT ACCEPTED.
5) Deposit : a deposit of 200 € (or 300 € for the Hacienda) will be required on arrival
and in case of deterioration or damage of equipment, the broken or damage object
will be replaced at the rate stipulated in the inventory or retained from the deposit. The
deposit will be given back after the accommodation check prior to departure. The sum
of 80 € will be retained on the deposit if the cleanliness of the accommodation is not
satisfactory upon your departure.
6) Pets : Pets are allowed with an additional charge. Dogs must be kept on lead and
should be taken outside the campsite for their natural needs. If they are found to soil the
campsite, they will be sent to kennels. Dangerous dogs and cats are prohibited.
7) Sheets, and pillow-cases are not supplied.
8) Rules of the campsite : all customers are required to comply with the rules of the
campsite.
No departure can be done outside the opening hours of the reception.
1) On arrival, the pitch is available at 12 am and must be occupied before 8 pm. For
departure after 12 am, an extra day will be charged. 6 people maximum per plot (including children and babies).
2) Late arrival/Early departure : in case of late arrival, the pitch will be remain available until the following midday. If no message is received by then, the camping pitch
becomes free to rent and the first payment will be retained by the management. In case
of late arrival and/or early departure, the payment corresponding to the stay booked will
be due in total and no refunding or deduction will be applied.
3) Booking : booking becomes effective only after receipt of payment of 285 €. This
amount include 260 €, a part of a payment of your stay, and 25 € of booking fees
which in all case must be paid by the renter. Then a reservation confirmation will be sent
to you and should be presented to the reception upon your arrival.
4) Payment : the balance must be paid in full on the day of the customer’s arrival.

CANCELLATION
An optional cancellation insurance of 23 € guarantees a refund of the first payment for
any cancellations received in writing justified at least 1 month before the arrival date
stipulated on the booking form, less cancellation fees of 50 €.
Without cancellation insurance, no refund will be made.
The Management reserves the right to refuse any person not listed on the booking contract.
