PRATICAL INFORMATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
As soon as your reservation is received with
your payment (cheque, postal order, travellers
cheques, credit card), we will send confirmation of your reservation which you must present
upon your arrival (your campsite number is given
for information only, without guarantee).
The balance of your payment can be paid in the
following ways :
- Camping/caravaning : on arrival at the camp
site
- Rental accommodation : no later than 30 days
before you arrival date. If payment is not
received, we will assume your reservation is
cancelled, conditions of which are explained
below.
LATE ARRIVALS AND EARLY DEPARTURES
By the client :
- Camping/caravaning : in case of late arrivals
or of early departures, the dates on your reservation will be referred to and you will be charged
accordingly.
- Rental accommodation : in case of late arrivals
or of early departures, the dates on your reservation will be referred to and no reimbursement
will be available.
The cancellation insurance you can subscribe
to will reimburse lost days only (please consult
us).
We will reserve your site or rental for 24 hours
from your scheduled date of arrival. After this
delay we cannot guarantee the booking.
Please, inform us in writing if your planned date
of arrival is to be altered. Phone messages are
not acceptable.
By Club Marina-Landes :
Excepting expulsion of a client by the police for
serious fault, only the competent Tribunal can
decide in favour of compensating a client upon
his request.
CANCELLATION
By the client : in the case of cancellation your
contract :
- More than 30 days before your reserved date
of arrival, your deposit, reservation fee and cancellation insurance (optional) will be retained
(camping/caravaning and rental accommodations).
- Less than 30 days before your reserved date
of arrival :
Rental accommodations : the total amount of
your payment and reservation fee and cancellation insurance will be retained.
Camping/caravaning : the amount of the deposit
and reservation fee and cancellation insurance
will be retained
If you have bought Cancellation Insurance, your
contract will cover the reimbursement of the
amounts paid (not including booking fees and
insurance) within the limits of the provisions

CANCELLATION INSURANCE (OPTIONAL)
You can buy cancellation insurance that allows
you to recover expenses due to the cancellation of your vacation or an early departure and
in particular the amount paid up to :

- 25% if you cancel more than 30 days before
your reserved date of arrival.
- 100% if you cancel less than 30 days before
your reserved date of arrival .
Reservation fees and insurance will be retained
by the Camping and will not be reimbursed by
the insurance.
During your stay :
You will be reimbursed of the amount corresponding to the part of your stay which you could
not honour and which was already billed by the
camping.
In the case of damage, you must notify the
camping management within 24 hours and send
a letter if you must cancel your stay. Notify your
insurance within 48 hours and provide all the
supporting documents of the event.
Do not forget that without insurance, you will
not be reimbursed for any amount paid if you
cancel or shorten your stay.
Reimbursed instances :
- serious illness or serious accident or death
to yourself or your spouse (official cohabitant,
one of your relations in direct ascending or
descending line, son-in-law or daughter-in-law
- Death to a brother, sister, brother-in-law or sister-in-law
- Considerable material damage to your property requiring your presence
- redundancy
- Accident to or thelft of your vehicle and/or caravan occuring on the direct journey to the place
you are staying at.
The list is not exhaustive and for more details
you can contact our Insurance Agent who can
send you a copy of the General Conditions.
Complementary Insurance is also available from
him.
- Agree to act in accordance with the internal
regulations (posted at the reception desk and in
various buildings at the campsite).
- Wear a « Marina » bracelet which will be given
to them upon their arrival for the purpose of
security identification while on the campsite.
The rentals are available from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00
p.m. during July and August, Campsite places
are available from 12:00 a.m. Out of season

Departures must be before 10:00 a.m. in the

All requests to prolong your stay must be made
at the reception desk at least three days before
the original planned date of departure ; the decision to accept any extension is up to the
