Military training exercise for rapid response is called Tropic Care, and it started this week in Maui County First on Maui and Lanai: Hundreds of residents lined
up for free health care in Maui and Lanai as the county, state and U.S. Military personnel helped to kick off Tropic Care Maui County this week.
Clinics were open at Iao Intermediate School in Wailuku, St. Theresa's
Church in Kihei, Helene Hall in Hana and Lanai High and Elementary School on
Lanai. Military doctors, nurses and dentists serviced anyone who stood in line that
needed free medical, dental and vision services.
If you live in Hawaii or on the west coast of Canada or the mainland United
States, you’re pretty much already screwed at this point thanks to the earthquake
and tsunami of 2011 that destroyed the shoreline nuclear reactors in Japan.
Radiation levels are already increasing in the food and water, babies born with thyroid issues linked to radiation are rising quickly and governments in Canada and the
United States are raising the “acceptable levels” of certain toxic substances in the
food being shipped in from Japan.
This isn’t a conspiracy theory, this is happening and it’s happening right now.
The colorful picture at the top of the article isn’t showing you the flow of happy
fun time thoughts from Japan back in March of 2012, it’s showing you the flow
of radiation from the Fukushima nuclear plant after the devastating earthquake and
tsunami of 2011. Yes, the sudden realization that the image shows the radiation
reaching almost to Hawaii more than a year ago. Yes, one year ago!
Do the math – If that radiation screamed across the Pacific Ocean that far in
one year, just how far do you think it has gotten since then?
Samples of milk taken across the western United States have shown radiation
at levels 2000 percent higher than EPA maximums. The reason that milk is so
significant is that it is representative of the entire food supply. According to an
article published on Natural News, “Cows consume grass and are exposed to the
same elements as food crops and water supplies. In other words, when cows’ milk
starts testing positive for high levels of radioactive elements, this is indicative of
radioactive contamination of the entire food supply.”
Obama’s Food and Drug Administration and Environmental Deception
Protection Agency, instead of refusing to prohibit the sale of tainted foods and
mandatory testing of foods produced and harvested from the Pacific Coast, have
simply raised the “acceptable levels” of radioactive material in foods.
If that doesn’t scare the crap out of you, then take a look at the list of foods
you are now supposed to be wary of, you know, for only the next 30,000 years.
How can we protect ourselves? First, be aware of what items are likely to be
highly tainted.
1.) SEAFOOD: Question the origin of ALL seafood. Fish and crustaceans
from the Pacific Ocean should all be considered to be poisoned with radiation.
2.) WATER: The rainfall and snowfall are all radiated. Do not drink any water
that has not been filtered. The tap water that flows from your faucet has NOT
been treated to rid it of radioactive particles. A recent report from the NY Times
stated, UC Berkeley’s Department of Nuclear Engineering detected substantial
spikes in rain-borne iodine-131 during rainny periods.
3.) DAIRY PRODUCTS: Milk and milk products from the West Coast states
currently have the highest levels of radiation in North America.
4.) PRODUCE: Leafy Vegetables, Wines, Tomatoes, Strawberries….all produce from California or any other West Coast State are also likely to be tainted.
5.) MEAT: If an animal eats any leafy vegetable all along the West Coast,
that animal has consumed radiation, and is poisoned. This is any animal from
cows, pigs, goats, sheep to wild deer and other game.
If you eat the above foods from areas with high radiation levels, slowly the
radiation levels within your body will build up. This is PERMANENT.
Infant mortality rates across the United States have increased by more than
35% since the nuclear disaster in Japan, according to a court statement by Dr.
Sherman with independent scientist Leuren Moret, MA, PhD. A study published
in The International Journal of Medicine indicates that more than 20,000 deaths
right here in North America can be directly attributed to the release of radioactive
material from the Fukushima nuclear generator that was damaged.
Radioactive isotopes of the type released from Fukushima have a half-life of
30,000 years. This means that we must permanently change the way we prepare
our food.
COMMENTS: Fukushima was actually a combinatiion Stuxnet computer
virus and nuclear arrack on Japan by Israel, as punishment for offering to enrich
uranium for Iran. Look at video of the tsunami wave smashing into Japan. Notice
you NEVER see any of the land or buildings or ships ahead of the wave already in
disarray or damaged. The earthquake reportedly happened 15 minutes or so before
the wave. A richter scale 8.9/9.0 is so powerful that everything should be severly
damaged or flattened. But it’s not even visibly damaged at All! It was fake! The reactor that exploded most violently (endangering the fuel rod cooling pools) was the
#4 that was COMPLETELY EMPTY OF FUEL RODS AND TOTALLY SHUT
DOWN). Yet it went off like a small nuke – that’s because Jewish Mossad put a
small and dirty nuke into Fukushima. Two years later here comes Pacific Death.
At the time of this press release, the Wailuku, Kihei and Lanai clinics treated
507 people. A head count of patients from the Hana clinic was not available.
"Everything is going well. Patients are very appreciative of what we are doing
here, I've only received positive feedback," said Lt. Commander Rodrigo Salvador,
who oversaw operations at the Iao Intermediate School clinic.
Mayor Alan Arakawa applied for the free medical services three years ago.
Today he visited the Lanai Tropic Care clinic to recognize Joelle Aoki, the county
employee Joelle Aoki who brought the military program to his attention.
The mayor said thanks to Joelle, the U.S. military and the many people volunteering their time from the county and State Department of Health, he expects
thousands of Maui County residents to take advantage of the free services before
they end on June 12.
Tropic Care Maui County runs from June 4 to June 12 at the Kihei, Wailuku
and Lanai locations, running daily from 8 to 4 p.m. Hana will run to June 6, ending at noon. Two more clinics on Molokai and Lahaina are scheduled as follows:
Molokai, at Kaunakakai Elementary School, from June 7, noon to 5 p.m.,
June 8 and 9 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and June 10 from 8 a.m. to noon. Lahaina's
clinic at the Lahaina Civic Center will run from June 11 to June 12, 8am to 5pm.

Obama’s Army Punishes Soldier For
SERVING CHICK-FIL-A Sandwiches
and Supporting Traditional Marriage At
His Promoted in Rank Celebration
The soldier was promoted to master sergeant last summer, right at the same
time Americans nationwide were supporting Chick-fil-A’s CEO’s traditional marriage statement. Now, Obama’s Army says he is no longer a “team player”.
Obama’s Gay Pentagon apparently has little liking for Chick-fil-A sandwiches and the Defense of Marriage Act, and has reportedly punished a master sergeant
for hosting a party to celebrate both his personal promotion and the legislation supporting traditional marriages between one man and one woman.
According to the Chaplain Alliance for Religious Liberty, the soldier was reprimanded, threatened with judicial action, and given a bad efficiency report. “They
say he is no longer a team player, and not performing up to [Obama] standards,”
Chaplain Alliance Executive Director Ron Crews told Fox News.
Crews told Fox News the soldier decided to hold a party to celebrate his promotion. Invitations read, “In honor of my promotion and in honor of the Defense
of Marriage Act, I’m serving Chick-fil-A sandwiches at my promotion party.”
After the event, the Sergeant received a letter of reprimand. Reportedly at issue
was the combination of the sandwiches and the soldier’s support of DOMA.
“There was initially some talk of bringing judicial punishment against him,”
Crews said. “He had a letter put in his file and an investigation was initiated to see
if he had violated any policy.”
The soldier then sought help from Chaplain Alliance, which put him in touch
with an attorney. But nearly one year later, the soldier is still harassed by Obama’s
homosexual gay Army rules. To make that rank means you’ve done very well
throughout your career. He wants to complete serving his U.S. Army career honorably, without being forced to support homosexuals.

Interisland carrier Makani Kai Air is expanding its route structure with the
addition of five daily roundtrip flights between Honolulu International Airport and
Molokai Airport in Hoolehua beginning on Saturday.
"We are encouraged by the response from the Molokai community," said
Richard Schuman, president of Makani Kai Air. "Since we began our service to
Kalaupapa two years ago, there has been a tremendous amount of support for
Makani Kai. Our passengers enjoy the convenience and reliability we offer. Time
was, people used to enjoy air travel. We want to bring that back."
Located at 130 Iolana Place along Lagoon Drive, Makani Kai Air offers customers ultimate convenience, said Schuman. "We’re on the other side of the airport, away from the terminals and congestion. Parking is handy and nearby, so we
recommend people arrive just 15 minutes prior to departure," said Schuman.
Makani Kai Air Charters, an FAA 135 scheduled air carrier, was established
by Schuman Aviation Company, Ltd., in 2009. The parent company also operates
Makani Kai Helicopters.
Makani Kai Air aviation company uses two Cessna Grand Caravan turbine
aircraft, two Piper Chieftain twin-engine airplanes, two Eurocopter AS-350 AStars, and an MD500. Schuman Aviation Company, Ltd. is the only company of
its type in the U.S. accredited by the International Standard for Business Aircraft
Operations. Makani Kai is also an FAA certified 145 Repair Station. The Federal
Department of Transportation in December awarded Makani Kai the Essential Air
Service contract for contract for Kalaupapa in December of 2011.

“These investigations zero-in on people who have provided false identification,”

to initiate a full investigation of Obama and crooked judges like Lambreth who

It's time to DEMAND that Congress fulfill its Constitutional duty, and
implement procedures to IMPEACH and REMOVE FROM OFFICE Barack
Hussein Obama II, for his repeated and deliberate violations of the U.S.
Constitution -- which qualify as "High Crimes and Misdemeanors".
From Obama's ever-widening IRS Scandal, to his unconstitutional "recess"
appointments to the National Labor Relations Board, to his administration's declaration that they would ask for "international permission" instead of
Congressional permission before intervening militarily in a country like Syria's
civil war (even though the U.S. Constitution, in Article I Section 8, REQUIRES
the President to get permission from CONGRESS in order to use offensive military force), to Obama's refusal to obey a law requiring the president's budget to be
submitted on a certain date, to his repeated issuance of Executive Orders that take
Congress' law-making powers to himself instead, to his pattern of lies and corruption exposed by Obama’s lack of verifiable Birth Certificate or SS#, and by
the Benghazi hearings, to his most recent announced intentions to trample our
most basic Second Amendment rights -- all of these and more are PLENTY of reason for the House of Representatives to finally IMPEACH, and the Senate to
finally TRY and ARREST and REMOVE, Barack Obama from the Office of
President of the United States which he has been usurping since 2008!
Dictator Obama can only be emboldened by the lack of impeachment proceedings against him so far. His violations typically arouse a short-lived tempest
among more observant Americans, yet impeachment is not generally advocated by
his critics as a realistic recourse. THAT MUST CHANGE. The grounds for House
impeachment and Senate removal proceedings have been laid by Obama's own
actions. A list of his unconstitutional and illegal actions would embarrass any
honest public official and makes Nixon's Watergate cover-up look like a college
fraternity house panty raid.
Congress must finally do the RIGHT thing, and implement procedures to
IMPEACH and REMOVE FROM OFFICE President Barack Hussein Obama, for

The DOJ secret subpoena to spy on the Associated Press definitely goes “over the
line.” The First Amendment rights of freedom of the press have been extremely
violated. The buck stops at the feet of Eric Holder. Just because he recused himself does not make him innocent. He is the nation’s top law enforcement person;
and he must take the heat for this egregious illegal decision.
The Department of Justice is not above the law.
Americans demand an independent investigation of this infamous government

Security (DHS) from entering into new contracts to buy millions of rounds of
ammunition until the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reports to
Congress on the need for the ammo, and its cost.
Rep. Mark Meadows proposed an amendment to the DHS spending bill for
2014 that would require the report to Congress before it can pursue plans to buy
1.1 billion rounds of ammunition. Meadows said the speed bump is a necessary
reaction to news of the huge purchase, which alarmed many Americans and
prompted conservative groups to suspect that Obama’s DHS was stocking up on
the rounds to fight natural born American Citizens.
"Given this large purchase, the American people and members of Congress
rightfully had concerns and questions," Meadows said. "This is a responsible
amendment which ensures that Congress and the American people are aware of the
necessity and the cost of ammunition prior to entering into new contracts for procurement."
Rep. John Carter said the amendment was unnecessary the DHS has since
admitted that its ammunition needs are not as great as first reported, and said the
department is pursuing a bulk purchase to keep the costs down.
Carter also rejected speculation by some that there are ammunition shortages
around the country because DHS is buying it all, and said the Meadows's language
would interrupt the regular procurement process at DHS. But Meadows pointed
out that his amendment would not interrupt current Homeland Security contracts
to buy ammunition.
The Meadows amendment passed latetoday in a 234-192 vote.

The crime on our streets is a tiny fraction of the crime in the offices of our politicians and bureaucrats - the massive majority of crime is committeed by the criminal classes in power. Just look at the constant abuse of power in our State government offices and you will realize the extent of crime in Government. Just consider just how many BILLIONS of dollars a day Government extorts from the people and how little WE get in return; and just how comfortable the politicians make themselves at the expense of the
peoples they extort!
The goal of the founders of America was to restrict government within severe limits and to protect the rights of soverign individuals. Government has NO rights!
Judges are impeachable. Furthermore, judges may be removed immediately for violating oaths of office, involvement in conspiracies, extortion, and failing to uphold their
duty to the common law. Judges can also be arrested, they are not exempt from this nor are any other officials, including the President of the United States.
Do the people have the power to do this? Yes, the people have the power to do everything to defend our country against all enemies foreign or domestic politician, and
government has no power to say otherwise. Fascist bureaucrats might send out its armed marauders, but a huge group of The People (Militia) armed with guns as guaranteed
their Right to keep and bear arms by the 2nd Amendment is likely to stop them unless the governments decide that it is time to begin mass killings of all people who believe

Sun Mei Statue on Maui
Chinese Government Officials in Maui for Unveiling of Sun Mei Statue
KEOKEA, Maui, Hawai`i – A crowd including about 50 government officials and family members from China and Taiwan broke into applause after a 8-foot
tall bronze statue of Sun Mei was unveiled at Sun Yat-sen Park in Keokea.
Sun Mei was the elder brother of Sun Yat-sen, the first president and founding father of the Republic of China. A Kula resident, Sun Mei was the owner of
Kahului General Store as well as 100 different properties on Oahu and Maui and a
leader of the local Chinese community.
Sun family members said while Sun Yat-sen planned the revolution in China,
Sun Mei sold his assets to support his brother financially. Today his descendants
honored Sun Mei for the significant role he played in the revolution.
"Working together, these two brothers changed the world, and we are proud
that they did this from right here in Kula," said Mayor Alan Arakawa. "We hope
that Chinese visitors will come to Maui to see these statues and to learn more
about the part our island played in their nation's history. I want to personally convey my gratitude to the Sun Mei family for this beautiful statue."
The Sun Mei statue was crafted in China from bronze, and donated to the
Department of Parks and Recreation upon approval by Maui County Council members. "Aside from the beauty of the statue being a significant tourist attraction,
our relationship with China is deeply rooted in the history associated with the Sun
family and the freedom they fought for," said Council Chair Gladys Baisa. "We are
deeply honored to have the delegation become part of our family and will look forward to their return."
On hand during the ceremony today at Sun Yat-sen Park were Sun Mei's
descendants, government officials from China and Taiwan and curators from the
Sun Yat-sen museum in Guangdong, China. Maui County Council members Don
Guzman, Don Couch, Mike Victorino, Stacy Crivello and Council Chair Gladys
Baisa also participated in the ceremony.
[Note: Sun Yat-sen was given a false Birth Certificate by Hawaii DOH for
political purposes, but he was NOT born in Hawaii. Just like Obama-fraud ! ]

Pres. G.W. Bush Convicted War Criminal
To Be Arrested World Wide
Ex President G.W. Bush Bush is now a convicted war criminal who dares not
travel abroad out of fear of being arrested. In February 2011, Bush was forced to
cancel a scheduled appearance in Geneva, Switzerland after human rights groups
filed a criminal complaint charging him with violating international treaties
against torture.
His trouble increased dramatically a year ago when Bush -- along with former
Vice President Dick Cheney, former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, and several other top Bush administration officials -- were convicted of war crimes in
absentia by a special war crimes tribunal in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission was convened and conducted
according to internationally recognized procedures and rules of evidence, and the
week-long hearing ended with the five-member panel unanimously delivering
guilty verdicts.

Military Trial of Pfc. Bradley Manning
for Leaking Secret Military Files
The court-martial of Army Pfc. Bradley Manning opened Monday. Bradley
Manning is charged with uploading hundreds of thousands of sensitive documents
to the anti-secrecy website WikiLeaks, including videos of War Crimes committed by US Soldiers aganst civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan, torture records, US
State Department diplomatic cables, war logs from Iraq and Afghanistan and
detainee assessment files for men held at the military’s controversial Guantanamo
Bay prison. He admitted to leaking the documents during pretrial testimony. Its
the largest leak of U.S. classified material in history.
The court-martial against the 25-year-old soldier begins at Ft. Meade,
Maryland and is expected to continue throughout the summer. Manning faces a life
in prison if convicted of the most serious of the counts against him — aiding the
enemy — but presiding judge Col. Denise Lind previously said she’d credit the
alleged leaker with 112 days due to the egregious conditions he endured while held
for roughly nine months in a US Marine brig.
Obama’s Army prosecutors are seeking life in prison for the young, nondescript enlistee from Oklahoma sent the classified documents to Julian Assange,
head of the anti-secrecy WikiLeaks website, who posted thousands of Manning's
leaked documents.

According to the defense, Manning was motivated "to do something, something to make a difference," after arriving in Iraq in 2009 and hearing of the carnage that was going on around him. Manning's first transmission was a password-protected video of U.S. bomb strikes that hit civilians. Manning's decision
to release classified documents came in late 2009, when he was new to Iraq and
learned to his horror that a family of five had been grievously injured in a roadside
bomb attack.
On Christmas Eve 2009, Coombs said, a vehicle with two adults and three
children pulled to the side of the road to let an Army convoy pass, only to hit a
roadside bomb. "All five of the occupants were taken to the hospital," Coombs
said. "One died en route."
What troubled Manning more, Coombs said, was that U.S. soldiers cheered
because their convoy had missed the hidden bomb. "He couldn't stop thinking
about it."
He noted that Manning placed the word "Humanist" on the back of his dog
tags, signifying his religion, and said the decision to leak material was his, not
Assange's. "He felt he needed to do something, something to make a difference,
from that moment forward," Coombs said. "He started selecting information he
believed the public should see and should hear, and that that would make the world
a better place.
"He believed if everyone knew it, it could not be used by the enemy. He started to believe this information should be made public. Americans should know
what is happening on a day-to-day basis," the lawyer said.
Coombs said Manning gave WikiLeaks a video of two Reuters journalists
who were killed in a firefight because the military was telling their editors that the
video did not exist. He said Manning released documents on terrorist captives
because the Obama administration did not close the detainee prison at Guantanamo
Bay, Cuba, as promised. "He was hoping to make the world a better place, He
was 22 years old, he was a little naive. But he was good-intentioned."
Organizers expect as many as 1,000 supporters for Manning at Saturday’s
rally at the Army base, and the military acknowledged this weekend that the number of press credential requests submitted for the trial is five times what Ft.
Meade’s media center can accommodate. Offsite, however, rallies are expected to
be held in more than two dozen major American and international cities where
Manning is considered a hero for exposing the War Crimes of U.S. Military.
On June 1, events in Australia, Canada, Germany, the UK, Italy and South
Korea will coincide with the rally outside of Ft. Meade as well as others planned
in cities across the US. Busses will bring supporters from all over the US to Ft.
Meade on Saturday for a march from the gates of the facility to an offsite location
where Ellsberg will be joined by a number of other well-known advocates of the
soldier, including former State Department official Col. Ann Wright and antiDon’t Ask Don’t Tell activist Lt. Dan Choi.
In London, Manning supporters will gather outside the US Embassy to rally
in support. The Consulate General of the United States will be the site of a similar event in Toronto, Ontario, as will the US embassies in Rome, Italy and
Seoul, South Korea. At least 20 events will occur in just the US on Saturday,
including protests in city parks and military bases, and demonstrators in Toledo,
Ohio will march in support of Pfc. Manning; and other gatherings are planned
internationally as part of an International Solidarity Week of Action organized by
the Bradley Manning Support Network.

about what our government does around the world in our name. We will send a
message to the military prosecuting authority, and Commander in Chief Barack H.

On Sunday, Daniel Ellsberg will join attorney Michael Ratner and others at
a church in Washington to speak about the case. Ratner is the president emeritus
at the Center for Constitutional Rights and serves as the American attorney for
Julian Assange, founder and publisher of WikiLeaks. Assange has been inside of
the Ecuadorian Embassy in London for 11 months in order to avoid extradition to
the USA where Obama’s corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder want him dead.
Assange spoke about Obama’s allegation that Manning aided the enemy by
going to WikiLeaks. “If that precedent is allowed to be erected, it will do two
things. Firstly, it means it’s a potential death penalty for any person in the military speaking to a journalist about a sensitive matter. Secondly, it also embroils
the journalist and the publication in that chain of communicating, they would say,
to the enemy, and therefore making them susceptible, as well, to the Espionage
Act, which also has capital offenses. And that is part of the US — that latter part
is part of the US attack on WikiLeaks, including myself,” Assange said.
Manning is charged with violating the Espionage Act, aiding the enemy and
a number of other counts, which are some of the charges that should put Barack
H. Obama II aka Barry Soetoro arrested and into prison, not Manning. Manning
pleaded guilty to lesser offenses earlier this year carrying a possible 20 year prison
sentence, but Obama’s Homosexual Army continues to pursue all charges.
At the start of Pte Manning's court martial, a prosecutor said Osama Bin
Laden had received leaked information and had put it to use, but the prosecutor
failed to prove that Bin Laden was even alive at the time.
The Manning-Wikileaks case is considered the largest-ever leak of secret US
government documents. Prosecutors say the disclosures harmed US national interests, while Pte Manning's supporters say he is a whistle-blowing hero.
Army Capt Morrow argued the case was not about a whistleblower's leak of
targeted information. "This, your honour, this is a case about a soldier who systematically harvested documents from classified databases and then dumped that
information on to the internet into the hands of the enemy," he said.
In an opening statement, Ptc Manning's lawyer David Coombs said he was
"young, naive and good-intentioned" when he arrived in Iraq.
But Manning grew disillusioned after seeing his comrades celebrating US helicopter soldiers unprovoked slaughter of 12 people unarmed civilians - including
two journalists and two children - in Baghdad in 2007. He gave that video to
Wikileaks and it was seen by millions, went viral on the internet, international.
After that incident, Pte Manning began collecting information he thought
would "make the world a better place" if public. He believed this information
showed how we value human life," Mr Coombs said. "He was troubled by that.
He believed that if the American public saw it, they too would be troubled." He
told a pre-trial hearing in February he divulged the documents to spark a public
debate on the role of the US military and foreign policy.
The prosecution's opening arguments directly relate to the most serious
charge against Pte Manning: aiding the enemy. To obtain a conviction, prosecutors must prove Pte Manning acted with intent to aid the enemy and knowingly
gave such adversaries US intelligence information.
The BBC's Mark Mardell says the prosecution's argument - that releasing
such information on to the internet counts as aiding the enemy - has serious implications for anyone leaking classified information of War Crimes in the future.

"great value" to US enemies, but supporters argue all Pte Manning did was make

crime than the general population. Day after day, I read story after story about cops

I have no statistical evidence to back-up the suggestion that ex-cops are more
likely to enable or create “gun violence” than any other group of civilians. In the
same sense that there’s no evidence that ex-cops are any more law-abiding than

What difference does it make? United States citizens are innocent until proven
guilty. All of them have a natural, civil and Constitutionally protected right to
keep and bear arms. So if ex-cops want to own a dozen or more modern sporting

Pressure from the National Association of the Deaf and the public has compelled the district into allowing the deaf boy to keep his name. Sadly, there is no
humility or sense of shame from district authorities who obviously drinking gallons of Obama’s anti-gun rights cool-aid.

gargantuan failure, and neither the district superintendent nor the school principal
was fired.

Just a few weeks ago, a seven-year-old Virginia boy was suspended for pretending a pencil was a gun at his Suffolk school. His father and neighbors were
furious. Then the story went away. But not the education. What did the boy learn?
He learned that admitting to doing something he didn't know was bad behavior
will get you the maximum punishment. He learned that apologizing for doing
something that he didn't know was bad behavior will get you the maximum punishment. He also learned that teachers and principals do not want to teach children
that pencils can be dangerous. They want to teach you that using your imagination to pretend any object is a gun is punishable with exile from society. He
learned that they use so-called "zero tolerance" laws to cold-heartedly deny children
an education in favor of capitulation to the politically popular Obama Order reaction of the day.

A second-grade teacher was suspended without pay in April, charged with possessing, carrying, storing or using a weapon for showing his students the proper
ways to use tools. According to Washington Irving Elementary School officials,
these deadly weapons included wrenches, pliers and screwdrivers. They were kept
in a secured toolbox out of the children's reach.
Perhaps the Washington Irving Elementary School principal should hold an
assembly during which she could deliver a PowerPoint presentation demonstrating
how children should call police if they ever find an unattended wrench or hammer.
Sadly, neither the district superintendent nor the school principal was fired.
These institutional "solutions" to violence in schools are an obvious failure
to everyone except the principals and superintendents who are delightfully relieved
of their responsibilities to educate and consider the context of student's behavior.
In this utopian liberal world, all carbon-based life forms are equally subservient to the draconian laws bequeathed from the holy sanctuaries of their state
legislatures and the Obama Regime.
It's time to show zero tolerance for these small-minded, short-sighted bureaucrats infesting your public schools all the way to the federal bureaucracy.
In the real world, we parents need to exercise our rights and duty by protesting, lobbying and forcing the firings or resignations of principals and superintendents around the country who use these zero tolerance laws as a weapon against

13 days ago, in the morning of 05.24.2013 US District Court for the District
of Columbia received pleadings and documents from Attorney Orly Taitz, providing undeniable proof that Barack Hussein Obama signed his 2009 tax return while
using a stolen Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 of Harrison J.
Bounel, immigrant from Russia, born in 1890, presumed to be deceased.
The pleadings were supposed to be docketed the same day on 05.24.2013 and
were not docketed for 13 days. Dozens of concerned citizens called the court and
demanded the Clerk to post the documents in PACER, electronic public docket.
Toady at 9:16 am the USDC called back from 202-354-3000 court number,
and message was recorded on cell phone. In a 1 minute 17 seconds message a representative of the Clerk's Office stated that this is not the fault of the Clerks'
Office. He stated that the documents were given to Judge Royce C. Lamberth
immediately and the clerks are waiting
for him to ok posting of the documents
in PACER, Public electronic docket,
that they hope that Judge Lamberth will
give them an ok soon, but it is not their
[the Clerks’] fault.
This is of particular interest, as
Judge Lamberth is the same judge who
approved the secret subpoena to obtain emails of FOX reporter James Rosen and
even of Rosen's parents based on a subpoena signed by Attorney General
Holder. Lamberth gave this approval
after two judges refused to give such an
approval. Later, when redacted subpoena
was declassified, it was kept hidden from
the public for 18 months. Recently Judge Lamberth issued a public apology
claiming that it was a clerks' fault, that clerks in his court did not do their job and
did not post the subpoena in the electronic docket.
Apparently the clerks of the court are not willing to be thrown under the bus
and now they provided a recorded statement that in Taitz' case the documents are
not placed on the public docket not because of the actions of the clerks, but by the
order of Judge Lamberth.
Taitz called the deputy for Judge Lamberth demanding to post her motions and
exhibits. The recording at the phone number of the Deputy for Judge Lamberth,
is a recording from Deputy Robert Elliott. Taitz was advised by other employees
of the court that Elliott left the clerks office. For over a year the deputy for Judge
Lamberth is one Reggie Johnson. There is no explanation or excuse why for over
a year a new recording was not made with the correct name of the deputy. It appears
the Reggie Johnson does not want the public to know his name. The phone number for the clerks' office is 202-354-3080.

Attorney Taitz has been working on this and related issues 24/7 for the last 5
years and asks for an assistance of the members of the media and public to help

Obstruction of justice in the federal courts is governed by a series of criminal
statutes (18 U.S.C.A. §§ 1501–1517), which aim to protect the integrity of federal judicial proceedings as well as agency and congressional proceedings. Section
1503 is the primary vehicle for punishing those who obstruct or who endeavor to
obstruct federal judicial proceedings.
Section 1503 proscribes obstructions of justice aimed at judicial officers,
grand and petit jurors, and witnesses. The law makes it a crime to threaten, intimidate, or retaliate against these participants in a criminal or civil proceeding. In
addition, section 1503 makes it illegal to attempt the Bribery of an official to alter
the outcome of a judicial proceeding.
Besides these specific prohibitions, section 1503 contains the Omnibus
Clause, which states that a person who "corruptly or by threats of force, or by
threatening letter or communication, influences, obstructs, or impedes, or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede, the due administration of justice" is guilty
of the crime of obstruction of justice. This clause offers broad protection to the
"due administration of justice." Federal courts have read this clause expansively to
proscribe any conduct that interferes with the judicial process.

took me in." "Stranger" translated from the Greek word "Xenos" means "guest foreigner." The passage does not translate into "You are commanded by God to welcome the intruder into your home and accept him as a permanent resident without
obligation, remorse, or repentance."
Insult is added to injury with the insistence that we already have "de facto"
amnesty. Perhaps, but proponents of "comprehensive immigration reform" are
arguing for literal, permanent and perpetual amnesty. How is literal, permanent
and perpetual amnesty superior to "de facto" amnesty?
The "Gang of Eight's" proposal is irreversible and alters the fundamental
structure of America forever. Regardless of the trillions of dollars in costs and the
flood of legal immigration opened up by the bill, we would see the fundamental
destruction of the Rule of Law, at least with regard to immigration law, and for
the purpose of destroying our Constitutional Republican form of government that
is our Constitution for the united States of America.
If this happens, America cannot be untransformed. The pillars of American
exceptionalism will crumble and fall because we will have made massive exceptions to the Rule of Law.

Governor Neil Abercrombie signed Senate Bill (SB) 856 into law, designating January 30 of each year as “Civil Liberties and the Constitution Day."
Senator Les Ihara, Jr., was the primary introducer of the bill. “The establishment of Civil Liberties and the Constitution Day will ensure that the courage and
actions of individuals who have fought for the constitutional and civil rights of all
Americans will not be forgotten.”
Unfortunately, this legislation only recognizes individuals who stood against
tyranny by government agents such as President Roosevelt during WWII, but does
not put the Bill of Rights to the forefront where it belongs. Without the Bill of
Rights, these recognized heros of civil rights would have been summarily executed by a dictator for opposing his regime. A Bill of Rights Day in Hawaii
Resolution and an Act have been rejected by the communist controlled Hawaii
Legislature and each governor since being introduced by George Peabody each year
since early 1980’s. The currrent bill signed by Aberblabbercommie is deception.
Anyway, Ihara’s bill reviews some important history: 0n February 19, 1942,
President Franklin D. Roosevelt issued Executive Order 9066, authorizing the
removal of any or all individuals from military areas as deemed necessary and desirable and mandating the forced interment of Americans of Japanese ancestry. The
order led to the relocation of more than one hundred ten thousand Americans of
Japanese ancestry to remote internment camps built by the United States military
in scattered locations around the nation.
One month later, on March 21, 1942, the United States Congress passed
Public Law 77-503, which established penalties for violations of Executive Order
9066. Fred Korematsu, Gordon Hirabayashi, Min Yasui, and Mitsuye Endo were
among Americans to challenge Public Law 77-503.
In 1980, the actions of the United States government, including the internment of Americans of Japanese ancestry during World War II, were reviewed by the
United States Commission on Wartime Relocation and Internment of Civilians.
The Commission concluded in June 1983 that the decision to remove persons of
Japanese ancestry to United States prison camps occurred because of "race prejudice, war hysteria, and a failure of political leadership.”
“Hawaii served as an important backdrop of key World War II sites, including
Pearl Harbor, Operation Forager, as well as a host to five internment camps for
Japanese Americans,” said Representative Mark Takai. “A starker time in our
Nation’s history, it remains incumbent upon us to recognize the individuals before

The enactment of SB 856 recognizes these and other individuals’ bravery and

actions to promote equal rights for all citizens.

SACRAMENTO, California -- In April 2012, George Ramirez called 911 to
report that his son was severely depressed and in need of medical help. Deputy Art
Parra, Jr. of the Stanislaus County, California Sheriff's Office soon arrived and
demanded that the young man get up and place his hands behind his back. George,
Jr. complied, but asked to see the deputy's credentials. Parra replied by shooting
George with his taser. After the confused man rose to his feet, Parra shot him four
times at point-blank range with his gun.
Then he held the family members at gun point preventing them from helping
the injured boy. Another cop arrived, and arrested all the family members and took
them to police station for interrogation while police ransacked their home.
Almost an hour later an ambulance arrived to take the injured boy to the hospital.
He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
None of the police were fired. The City refused a cash settlement. The family has now filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against police.

Obama Did Not Close GITMO, Its Gets Worse!
Lawyers for Guantanamo Bay detainees urged a federal judge Wednesday to
stop what they describe as new "genital searches" for detainees who want to meet
with their lawyers.
The lawyers say that the searches began after detainees were told they would
have to travel offsite to meet with their lawyers at another location at the U.S.
Navy base in Cuba, rather than at the prison there.
At a hearing in U.S. District Court Wednesday, the lawyers said some
detainees are refusing to make the trip because of the new searches. According to
filings by the detainees' lawyers, the searches involve touching and holding of the
genital and anal areas of the detainees. The courtroom was sealed from the public
and news media for the government's side of the case, because it had to do with
the administration of the Guantanamo prison.
William Livingston, a lawyer for one of the detainees, called the searches "a
punitive response" to the widespread hunger strike at Guantanamo.
Livingston argued that the searches aren't necessary, calling the Guantanamo
prison a "sealed bubble ... This is not the Baltimore city jail," where more than
two dozen people were indicted in a contraband smuggling conspiracy.
In an email, Lt. Col. Todd Breasseale, a Defense Department spokesman, said
there's a well-documented history of Guantanamo detainees possessing contraband,
and that guards use the minimum force necessary to ensure the safety of the
detainees and the guards.
"Searches for contraband have been in existence since the facility was opened
and assertions that they are in reaction to the hunger strike simply do not withstand intellectual rigor," he added.
Breasseale wouldn't comment on whether the searches include genital areas,
saying he wouldn't discuss security protocols at the prison.
Another detainee lawyer, Brent Rushforth, read from letters he received from
a client, who described the new searches as "humanly degrading."
In a court filing, Rushforth called the new policy "an intentional, calculated
effort by the government to cut off attorney access and thereby silence the
detainees, inhibiting negative press reports on the hunger strike and the unlawful
confinement and conditions that persists at Guantanamo."
Chief Judge Royce Lamberth, who presided over the hearing, did not issue a
ruling from the bench. Last year, Lamberth, an appointee of President Ronald
Reagan, ordered the government to stop trying to restrict lawyers' access to some
Guantanamo detainees whose bids to challenge their confinement had been denied
or dismissed.
Barack Obama said in a speech last month that "history will cast a harsh judgment on this aspect [GITMO] of our fight against terrorism, and those of us who
fail to end it." Just another election promise Obama neglected.

The relevant skill set is indispensable for the next chief. Understanding the
landscape is the first imperative skill. Only someone who has lived in Hawai‘i for
a number of years is going to meet this requirement. Business talent is the second
necessary skill. At a core level, the university is a business. Courage is the third
requisite skill. This will be a difficult skill to measure. It will be a more difficult

President Greenwood’s retirement is just another bureaucratic whitewashing.
Greenwood is, in essence, breaching her State of Hawai‘i employment contract by
quitting two years before the expiration date in 2015. She is alleging health and
personal issues as a legal pretext for discharging her contract before her performance is complete in 2015. However, her public relations photos in the Honolulu
Valedictorian Rips Up Approved Speech on Stage,
Recites Lord’s Prayer at Graduation
A high school valedictorian from South Carolina ripped up his approved
speech on stage this past weekend, and minutes later, delivered the Lord’s Prayer
in defiance of the school district’s decision to no longer include prayer at graduation ceremonies. Class Valedictorian Roy Costner IV drew loud applause and
cheers when he surprised attendees of the Liberty High School graduation.
“From the ACLU sending FOIA requests to every district in the state this year
after the Chesterfield County case, then the Freedom From Religion Foundation
sent us a complaint about religion at board meetings and some other issues as
well,” Pickens County School District spokesman John Eby said officials decided to end invocations at all school functions and replace prayer at high school graduations with a moment of silence.
However, Costner wasn’t going to let activist groups kick God out of his
graduation. After taking the podium, Costner took his approved speech and ripped
it in half for all to see. “They write their speeches,” Eby told local television station WYFF. “They send them to someone on staff to have them approved.”
After speaking from a separate script for a few minutes, Costner then began
to thank his parents for his Christian upbringing.
“Those that we look up to, they have helped carve and mold us into the young
adults that we are today,” he said. “I’m so glad that both of my parents led me to
the Lord at a young age.”
“And I think most of you will understand when I say…” he continued, surprising the crowd with what came next.
“Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom
come…”
As attendees realized that Costner was reciting the Lord’s Prayer, applause
began to break out in the colliseum. Within seconds, the applause was accompanied by loud cheers.
“Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil,” he continued. “For
Thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.”
The crowd again broke into cheers and applause as Costner concluded, and one
faculty member sat smiling behind him.
“I think it took a lot of courage to do that,” attendee Logan Gibson told
reporters. “People were [supportive] that he stood up for what he believed in.”
Eby said that the district will not be taking any action against Costner.
“The bottom line is, we’re not going to punish students for expressing their
religious faiths,” he stated. “He’s a graduate now. There’s nothing we can do about
it, even if we wanted to.”

NY Times: Obama Administration 'Has
Lost All Credibility'
Responding to the furor over the National Security Agency’s data monitoring
programs, Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky introduced legislation Friday that requires
a warrant be issued before any government agency can search phone records of
Americans. Of course, the 4th Amendment already protects Americans from such
tyranny, but only if the Dictator Obama wants to follow the law, OR, We The
People kick his ass until he goes to prison for his TREASON against Americans.
Paul calls the revelation of the program to collect phone records of millions
of Verizon customers “an astounding assault on the Constitution.”
For the second time in as many months, The New York Times on Thursday
blasted the Obama administration for its surveillance practices — this time saying that the White House has “now lost all credibility” after reports that it has
been collecting the telephone records of millions of Verizon customers.
“Mr. Obama is proving the truism that the executive will use any power it is
given and very likely abuse it,” the Times said in a scathing editorial. “That is one
reason we have long argued that the Patriot Act … was reckless in its assignment
of unnecessary and overbroad surveillance powers.”
Just a few hours later, however, the Times inexplicably changed the wording
of the editorial to say the administration has now lost "all credibility on this
issue," a much softer and different tone. No reason was given for the change.
Last month, the Times ripped the Justice Department for labeling Fox News
reporter James Rosen as a possible “co-conspirator” in a criminal investigation of
a news leak about North Korea’s nuclear missile program.
The administration has “moved beyond protecting government secrets to
threatening fundamental freedoms of the press to gather news,” the newspaper’s
editorial said last month.
This latest rebuke from the Times editorial board, which has long been friendly toward President Barack Obama and his administration, stems from news
reports that the National Security Agency has been collecting telephone records of
millions of U.S. customers of Verizon under a top-secret court order issued in
April.
According to The Guardian in London, the blanket order requires Verizon, the
nation’s No. 2 telecommunications company, to hand over information on all calls
in its systems — both within the United States and between the U.S. and other
countries.
Verizon, based in New York, must provide the data on an “ongoing, daily
basis” through July 19. The order was issued to the Federal Bureau of Investigation
by the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court on April 25.
The data include the numbers of both parties on a call, location data, call duration, unique identifiers, and the time and duration of all calls. The contents of the
conversations itself are not covered in the order, the Guardian reports.
While the order covers calls in Verizon’s business services division, “it seems
very likely that it extends beyond Verizon’s business division,” the Times said in
its editorial. “There is every reason to believe the federal government has been collecting every bit of information about every American’s phone calls except the
words actually exchanged in those calls.”
Dismissing one Obama administration official’s observation that names of
the callers are not collected as “lame,” the Times quoted the official as saying that
the data are collected “to discover whether known or suspected terrorists have been
in contact with other persons who may be engaged in terrorist activities, particularly people located inside the United States.”
“That is a vital goal,” the editorial concedes, “but how is it served by collecting everyone’s call data? The government can easily collect phone records
(including the actual content of those calls) on ‘known or suspected terrorists’
without logging every call made.
“Essentially, the administration is saying that, without any individual suspicion of wrongdoing, the government is allowed to know who Americans are calling every time they make a phone call, for how long they talk and from where.
“To casually permit this surveillance — with the American public having no
idea that the executive branch is now exercising this power — fundamentally
shifts power between the individual and the state, and repudiates constitutional
principles governing search, seizure and privacy.”
The editorial also called defense of the practice by Sen. Dianne Feinstein of
California, the Democratic chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee,
“absurd” and challenged assertions by Sen. Saxby Chambliss of Georgia, the committee’s GOP vice chairman, that the surveillance has “proved meritorious,
because we have gathered significant information on bad guys and only on bad
guys over the years.” “But what assurance do we have of that,” the Times editorial asked, “especially since Ms. Feinstein went on to say that she actually did not
know how the data being collected was used?”
The editorial then turned its attention to Barack Obama himself.
“Mr. Obama clearly had no intention of revealing this eavesdropping, just as
he would not have acknowledged the killing of Anwar al-Awlaki, an American citizen, had it not been reported in the press,” the Times said. “Even then, it took
him more than a year and a half to acknowledge the killing, and he is still keeping secret the protocol by which he makes such decisions.
“We are not questioning the legality under the Patriot Act of the court order,”
the Times editorial continued. “But we strongly object to using that power in this
manner. It is the very sort of thing against which Mr. Obama once railed, when
he said in 2007 that the Bush administration’s surveillance policy ‘puts forward a
false choice between the liberties we cherish and the security we provide.’”
The editorial even quoted Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner, the Wisconsin Republican
who introduced the Patriot Act in 2001, who attacked the NSA on Thursday for
overstepping its authority with the secret order to collect the data on millions of
Americans. “As the author of the Patriot Act, I am extremely troubled by the
FBI’s interpretation of this legislation,” Sensenbrenner told the Times. “While I
believe the Patriot Act appropriately balanced national security concerns and civil
rights, I have always worried about potential abuses.
“Seizing phone records of millions of innocent people is excessive and unAmerican,” he said.
As such, the Times editorial board concluded, “This stunning use of the act
shows, once again, why it needs to be sharply curtailed if not repealed.”

Ok, now that everyone's
riled up about the fact that
fears over the PATRIOT
ACT have come true (that it has been used as an excuse to spy on YOU) - the big
question is, what do we do about it?
While I'd love to say, "let's nullify!" - this is tricky, and I'm not sure how to
approach the NSA on this, specifically. So if you have a recommendation on what
could be done to potentially nullify, please let us know. In the meantime, here's
a few things that are guaranteed to fail. (and why they're a waste of your time)
1. Call on Congress to restrain the NSA.....Haa,ahaa, Big Waste of Time
2. Vote the bums out next time around (we're just going to get new bums)
3. Take them to court (P.A. was approved by the soviet-style secret courts)
4. March in arms fully loaded on DC. (only slaves need to beg)
Here's the hard truth. I don't know what will stop them from spying, specifically. I do know, however, that we need to limit their power in every way possible. And we can do that with nullification of unConstitutional acts, and by
enforcing the Constitution FOR the united States of America that defines the limited and specific powers we have granted to our agents and servants who are now
calling themselves our leaders and our government. Let them know at ever opportunity how wrong they are, and, that the Constitution for the united States of
America is our real Government and they too must obey that Supreme Law of the
Land or go to prison.

“appropriate” behavior, just doing what they were trained to do. Many innocent
victims are threatened and homes destroyed because they are at the wrong home,

DEAR EDITOR
The income tax code is complicated beyond comprehension. An institution
like the IRS has no place in a society of free people. The power that came to congress with the income tax and 16th amendment has so corrupted our Congress and
the IRS that we must start over.
Actually the solution to all our present woes with the IRS and taxation has
been before Congress since 1999. It's called the FairTax. When passed it will
replace the income tax and annihilate the IRS.
Most congresspersons have ignored it because they don't want to give up the
power they have because of the income tax. Politically they thrive on it by granting tax favors to the well connected in exchange for contributions to their re-election campaigns. Since 2001 congress has changed the tax code almost 5000
times; more than once per day. With every change the code gets longer and more
complex.
Google "FairTax" and learn about it. It's the most researched legislation ever
introduced in congress. It will broaden the tax base, boost the economy and create millions of jobs.
Email and call your representative and two senators. Tell them to support and
work for passage of the FairTax.
