Kim Taylor represents AMANGANI, an Aman Resorts property in
Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Bringing over 20 years of hospitality experience, Kim oversees all
market segments in the United States. Prior to joining AMAN, she
was with The Grand Del Mar for nearly five years, as well as six years
with The Inn at Palmetto Bluff. Originally from Cape Cod, Kim now
lives in Del Mar, California, where she enjoys pilates, playing tennis,
equestrian and spending time with her 1.5 year white lab, Nissa.

With over 14 years in the hotel business, Jen is happy to have
represented three properties within the (former) Orient-Express
collection; first at Charleston Place Hotel in Charleston, SC and now
as Corporate Group Sales Manager for La Samanna in French St.
Martin. Jen handles all corporate and group business for Belmond La
Samanna and also covers the globe. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio,
Jen has lived in Charleston, SC since 1999 (with 4 wild years in NYC).
She got married July 26, 2013 to a long time high school pal – who
after 18 years finally asked her out on a date - the rest is history. Jen
enjoys teaching yoga, concerts, painting, beaching it, cooking, hanging

Lauren joined the team at Carmel Valley Ranch in October 2015 as
Senior Sales Manager. Her experience with both large and boutique
hotels provided her with extensive operational and management
experience. Lauren began her hotel career in 2002 at the Front
Office of the Clift Hotel in San Francisco. She then advanced in her
profession at The Fairmont San Francisco where she learned a
variety of skills working in the sales and catering department.
Previous to joining the Ranch, she was a Senior Sales Manager at
Cavallo Point for 7 years where she helped open the hotel and lead
the sales team to success. She is an enthusiastic and passionate
professional who loves hospitality because it allows her to connect with people, develop
meaningful relationships and create a transformative experience that is unique to each guest.
Lauren is thrilled to represent Carmel Valley Ranch, as one of the Central Coast’s most
distinctive and stunning destination resorts.
Lauren is an active member of various hospitality and social organizations. Philanthropy is also
close to her heart, as she sponsors three children in Uganda, where she has traveled as a
volunteer with Arlington Academy of Hope, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing
quality education and healthcare for children and communities in rural Uganda. Lauren is an
East coast native from Washington, DC, but calls California home. She is a Francophile, yoga and
fitness enthusiast, and enjoys all things food and wine related. She graduated from St. Joseph's
University in 2002 with a degree in French Literature.

Paulette Peek is a native of Nashville TN and comes to the Inn with
over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. After 5 years as
the Director of Sales & Marketing for The Inn At Palmetto Bluff, she
has taken on the new roll of Director of Sales to solely focus on their
new addition “Montage Palmetto Bluff” which will be opening in
summer of 2016. This addition will offer an additional 150 guest
rooms along with new meeting space, pool, spa, restaurants and more.
Paulette came to The Inn from Sea Island as the Director of Sales
where she managed the sales team for The Cloister and The Lodge.

Heather Rosenberg was thrilled to have the opportunity in July
