Thank you for considering TEAMWORKS-Northborough for your family’s summer camp
experience. We welcome you and look forward to another exciting summer. For the past
eleven years, Teamworks has provided families a fun, safe environment for their children
to go during the summertime. We have been successful due to our unique facility, quality
staff, and variety of camp programs. Our intention is to make summer camp a wonderful
memory for all campers and families.
Not only is our facility safe, but provides campers with a fun and unique experience,
rain or shine. TEAMWORKS-Northborough is a 70,000 square foot indoor facility with an
outdoor heated pool, climbing tower, challenge course and other outdoor venues.
Teamworks will continue to offer Multi- Sport, Traditional, and various specialty sport
camps this summer. Each day we will ensure our program is safe both physically and
emotionally, with new exciting games, activities, theme days, special guests, and talent
shows.
The quality of our programs can be guaranteed by the caliber of our staff. Each
Teamworks staff member goes through a CORI/SORI background check before being
hired. Upon hiring, each staff member is trained in First Aid & CPR, and is required to
complete an intense week-long staff training before camp begins. Every Teamworks
counselor is well prepared and excited for the opportunity to spend time with your child,
whether it is for one day or the entire summer.
Please use this brochure as an informational guide to the different programs we offer.
Teamworks looks forward to seeing the many familiar faces from our programs that
we offer all year long, as well as new faces that will experience our program for the first

Drop off children between 8:00 – 8:30 am and pick
up begins at 3:30pm. To avoid interruption in your
camper’s day, please try to drop off and pick up
your child at the appropriate time.
FACILITY
Perfect for rain or shine! TEAMWORKSNorthborough is a multi-functional facility, which
offers year round recreational activity inside and
out. We have three indoor turf fields, an indoor
sport court, outdoor climbing tower, pool and
restaurant with air conditioning.
S TAFF
TEAMWORKS-Northborough staff consists of
experienced, talented, and dedicated people
who truly enjoy working with children. We have a
genuine interest in providing a fun and safe place
for kids to be themselves. Our staff is certified
in basic first aid and CPR, as well as trained for
specialty programs i.e. archery, challenge course.
TEAMWORKS-Northborough staff all receive a
thorough background check, including CORI’s and
SORI’s. The child-to-staff ratio for our camp is 5:1
for our youngest campers and 10:1 throughout all
other TEAMWORKS camps.
R EGISTRATION P OLICIES
To ensure space will be available for camp, ALL
campers should register at least 48 hours in
advance. Teamworks will adhere to Board of Health
guidelines for staff to child ratios and will staff
accordingly.

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required upon
registration for each week.
• Balances must be paid in full the week before
attending.
• Single day registration is $65 and must be paid

Multi Sport Camps ONLY).
For staffing purposes, we need a minimum of 24
hours notice for PM extended care
Sibling discounts are available. Each additional
sibling will receive 10% off. Discounts will be
taken off the lower priced camp.
Multi-week discounts are available. Participants
enrolled in 2 – 5 weeks of camp will receive $ 20
off each week. Participants enrolled in 6 or more
weeks of camp will receive $ 40 off each week.
Discounts are always taken off the lower priced
camp.
All completed paperwork must be filled out and
submitted to the office one week prior to your
child attending camp (forms available online).
TEAMWORKS is not allowed to have any child
in camp without this paperwork submitted.
M EMBERSHIP P OLICY
• All campers must have a valid TEAMWORKS
Membership ($15)
• Membership photos need to be done prior to the
first week enrolled at camp.
C HECK -I N /P ICK - UP P OLICIES
• Children must be signed in and out each day by a
parent or guardian.
• DURING PICK-UP A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
MUST BE PRESENTED TO OUR STAFF.
• If you need to pick up your child before 3:30pm,
please notify front desk at drop off and confirm
the early pick-up time with a minimum of a half
an hour notice.
• If your child is not enrolled in the PM Extended
Day option, then he/she must be picked up by
4pm or a late fee will be applied.
O THER
• Licensed by the local board of health.
• Pool time is available to all campers, even if they
are off site.
• Campers will be in the sun! Please remember to
apply sunscreen each day.
• Campers are required to bring their own
equipment for sport specialty camps (a list of
suggested items for each camp will be provided
upon registration).
• Snack and lunch options are also available
from our kitchen at an additional price.
• A camp T-shirt will be provided to each camper
for full week participants only
• Teamworks strictly prohibits personal video
games, ipods, walk mans, playing cards, cell
phones, and any other personal electronic
devices! Please Leave Them At Home.

Traditional Camp is specifically designed to provide campers
with a wide variety of activities that include arts & crafts, archery,
playground games, water games, sports, team-building activities,
and much more! Campers will also have the opportunity to use
our new pool, as well as our climbing tower and ropes course!

This half day option is offered to give younger campers an
opportunity to get a taste of summer camp in a shorter program
structure. Our staff will coordinate activities to meet the needs of
the younger campers. (Must be potty trained)

This camp is designed for our campers who can’t get enough
sports! Campers will spend most of their day playing popular
sports and learning new ones - but they will also get a taste
of some traditional camp activities such as archery and the
ropes course. The program is structured so that your child will
play, as well as gain knowledge about, one or two sports a day
accompanied with a variety of playground games. Through
our non-competitive approach, all children will get a chance to
exhibit their knowledge at their own level and will be playing for
fun while they are playing to learn.

Single Day Option Not Available with Sport Specialty Camps
Once your child has expressed an interest in a specific sport it is
time to enroll him/her in one of our specialty camps. Whether
you’re a beginner or have advanced skills, you will get focused
quality attention from our experienced instructors whose
goal is to help develop the fundamental skills needed at this
developmental age. While these camps place emphasis on
learning, the atmosphere is fun! Campers will also be able to take
a break from the specialty camps to take a dip in our new pool.
F LAG F OOTBALL Ages 8-14

Play like a New England Patriot! Brady and Belichick?! Your
child will learn the essential skills of the game from our
seasoned staff. Skills include passing, catching, positioning,
receiving, punting, and more! If your child is looking to gain
knowledge of the game of football without the contact, this is
the camp that will help build a great foundation for the sport.
B ASEBALL Ages 6-14

If your child loves America’s favorite past time then this is the
camp for them! Our highly knowledgeable instructors will
teach your child the fundamentals and techniques of the game.
Each day campers will spend the morning working on drills to
improve their skills, then use those skills in an afternoon game.
Drills will focus on throwing, catching, hitting, and fielding.

The Major League Soccer Camp is designed to help your child
become the best he/she can be. Whether your child is just
beginning or is an experienced player, this camp will help
develop their skills in a fun and controlled environment.

This specialty camp is geared towards children ages 8-12
with little to no previous lacrosse experience. Basic lacrosse
skills including cradling stick handling, ground balls, passing,
shooting, face-offs and goal tending will be taught. Players will
also be able to use the skills that they learn during scrimmages
throughout the week.
B ASKETBALL Ages 6-14

Teamworks will offer a fun and instructional basketball
program for the future Kevin Garnetts and Lisa Leslies of the
world. Our top-notch coaching staff will focus on teaching
your child the fundamentals of the game, while placing an
emphasis on sportsmanship, strategy, and teamwork. The drills
will help develop skills such as passing, dribbling, shooting,
offense and defense.
O UTDOOR A DVENTURE Ages 9-14

Week 9 (Aug 4 - Aug 8)

FEES:
This outdoor adventure program is designed for children
interested in participating in challenging and fun activities.
Each week children will challenge themselves in various
activities including: rock climbing, high course challenges, low
course challenges, archery, and more! This program will help
your child confront his/her fears and develop the confidence
to overcome them.
S KATEBOARDING Ages 6-14

Tony Hawk meet your competition! Sk8ers will be developed
during this program! Experienced staff will offer instruction
and coaching while giving campers a unique opportunity to
safely learn the basics of skateboarding.

This camp is designed for players entering grade 4 thru grade
8. This half-day program provides an opportunity for campers
to develop their individual skills including: stick work, dodging
skills, and footwork. The campers will also have the chance for
open swim and also the opportunity for extending their camp
day to a full day.

Get that winning spirit in full gear with Teamworks
Cheerleading Camp! Participants will receive hands-on training
and experience with many different cheers, stunts, dance, and
tumbling techniques. Cheerleaders will also learn a routine that
will be performed at the end of the week. This camp is perfect
for beginners as well as experienced cheerleaders.
Spirit and smiles are a must!
S WIMMING L ESSONS O PTION Ages 4-13
WEEKS:
Week 2-11 (Jun 16 - Aug 22)
We will continue to offer swim lessons to our campers.
Classes will be held for interested traditional and multi-sport
campers on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
Swimming lessons will be half an hour long and taught by
trained and certified lifeguards in our 3-5 foot heated pool.
Campers must be responsible for changing in and out of
swim wear.
Swim Lesson Options for campers: $40 per week
( ½ hour class Mon–Wed offered between 3:00pm & 4:00pm)
Pre-K Swim Lessons (Ages 2-5): $90 (8 week session)
Each class will meet one day per week. Choose from classes
offered: Mon-Fri 9:15am-9:45am or 9:45am-10:15am and
Sat 9:45am-10:15am or 10:15am-10:45am
