INDIVIDUAL BALE IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM
Individually identify bales as they are produced by putting a tag around the bale twine and writing important information
to the tag as the bale is discharged. The system has three parts:
Tagger. The tagger is installed on top of the baler and wraps a tag around the twine as the bale is formed. The baler
must be equipped with a CropID automatic application system for the tagger to function. The tagger writes the following
information to the tag: bale number, field name, time and date baled, average moisture, high moisture, bale weight and
preservative, if applied, and GPS field location of the bale, if equipped with a receiver. Tags. The tag has an RFID (radio frequency identification device) embedded in it that has memory and stores the bale
number, bale moisture, bale weight, field name, time and date baled, and the amount of preservative applied.
Scanner. The scanner can be used in hand-held mode or mounted on a hay loader to read the tags as the bales are
later handled.

• New Holland 200 Series compact track loaders feature a
dozer-style undercarriage, engineered to hold fast on steep
slopes and take command of muddy or sandy terrain. The
undercarriage has a rigid-track frame with fewer moving
parts for greater durability and easier maintenance than
suspension-track systems.
• Heavy duty drive motor/final drive increases component
life by using an oversized bearing in line with the drive
sprocket and elevating the drive assembly, keeping it out of
material
• Track tension is simply adjusted by adding or removing
grease to a hydraulic cylinder. Track tension is important to
undercarriage life and track life.
• Triple flange rollers help prevent de-tracking on inclines by
using dozerstyle rollers with a larger inner-diameter flange
positioned between the track lugs
• The 200 Series New Holland compact track loader is “right
sized” for easy transport on standard trailers

• The mono-boom design features one lift cylinder and one
bucket cylinder. This allows for self-leveling, so there is no
