About Us
Colorplast was incorporated in 2001 in Technical
collaboration with COLORPLAST AG – a plastic card and
prepaid card manufacturing company in Switzerland.
The venture benefited from 30 years of experience
promoters had in diversified printing businesses and is now
transitioning from only product manufacturing to a services
based organization.
COLORPLAST is established in the smart security business.
As a manufacturer of smartcards and as a service provider,
we provide managed services to organizations in the digital
industry.

Telecom
COLORPLAST manufactures various products such as SIM/USIM cards
and prepaid/scratch-off cards. In addition, COLORPLAST is also
attending to E-Top Up solutions, where prepaid customers can
recharge their cards immediately at point of sale, instead of using
scratch off cards.
COLORPLAST has the solutions that can meet any and all of your
requirements and specifications; whether standard or customized.
With its large production capacity, COLORPLAST provides telecom
operators flexibility in order quantities and delivery dates, offering
highest quality telecom product solutions whenever required. We
guarantee prompt delivery, so that our business partners can maintain
a JIT (Just In Time) and efficient stocking system for their inventory.
This is along with the fact that Colorplast has its own card fulfilment
system through which it can manage end to end services for telecom
operators globally.
PAYMENT
The payment segment is one of COLORPLAST cornerstone sectors.
As a Visa and MasterCard certified card manufacturer, COLORPLAST
is the one-stop-shop for cards solutions, providing the complete
range of payment products such as credit, debit, ATM cards, branded
EMV contact and contactless cards along with a range of data
preparation and card fulfilment services. COLORPLAST provides an
end to end service to the bank and eradicates need for further
outsourcing in order to simplify the card issuance management
system.
The scope of products and services has been expanded to include
design creation, card production, personalization, fulfilment
consultation services. COLORPLAST flexibility and ability to
acclimatize to different customer requirements has propelled it to
create customer value and become a formidable payment cards
manufacturing and services partner.

COLORPLAST has been offering
complete security solutions to
institutions and governments. We
have worked on solutions for the
public sector based on smart
technology. Projects such as National
ID (Aadhar) & Healthcare (RSBY) are
card based projects in India where
COLORPLAST has contributed via
product or service.
LOYALTY
COLORPLAST has been serving many membership
program and servicing industries as varied as
automotive to hotels. The membership cards
business is growing and as brands increase their
presence, so do their customers and
requirements for cards. We help organizations
and companies manage their data and enhance
their brand value through our products and
solutions on membership. Simultaneously we also
offer a gift card management system with end to
end services on design, artwork management,
sampling, manufacturing, fulfilment, logistics and
storage.
ACCESS CONTROL
COLORPLAST is one of the largest manufactures of
Key Cards worldwide. With our own distinct
technology on magnetic-stripe and RFID cards, we
can service any business in need for key cards. We
offer extremely customized services in this
business ranging from key design all the way to
fulfilment and door delivery.
TRANSPORTATION
COLORPLAST offer solutions and services that provide a secure
sense of ease and mobility in the global transport market. Public
Transportation is a key sector where cards and related solutions
can be used. Facilitating payment, reducing queuing and
enhancing traveller services are all benefits that can be exploited
using smart transportation technology. The growth in world
population and development of urban cities are always
accompanied by the growing need for mobility, therefore modern
ticketing systems must be put in place to allow high passenger
throughput. COLORPLAST addresses this by offering contactless
cards as well as paper tickets that allow both regular and one-time
users to access the local transport network efficiently.
Linking all public transport with one card (metro, buses, inter-city
trains) also improves collection techniques, thereby generating
more revenue to transportation authorities. Multi-application
transport cards can be used for various functions such as prepaid,
loyalty or cash cards thereby increasing their usage in closed or
open loop schemes.
PACKAGING
Packaging sells!! Be it for security reasons or brand
communication, packaging is an excellent mean for operators to
show off their creative and strategic prowess to achieve one goal:
communicating their insight to the end-user. At COLORPLAST, we
give a great importance to this differentiation factor: we propose a
large packaging offer and we are continuously innovating new
designs and materials for our customers.
Manufacturing Facility
Colorplast operates out of 2 facilities in Sector 65, Noida. Both facilities are ISO 9001:2008
certified and operate as separate plants. While one facility services cards business on
telecom/payment and ID industries and also has MasterCard/VISA certification the other facility
facilitates print, voucher management and fulfillment capabilities. Both facilities are 2000 sq
metre in size allowing Colorplast a footprint of over 75,000 sq feet. Out of this 10,000 square feet
is dedicated to office and conferencing space. Colorplast is also ISO 14001:2004 (Environment
Management) certified and aims to decrease the carbon footprint of its operations over the
