I.O. Inc., The New Inter Ordnance would like to wish all of our customers a Happy New Year full
of Health, Prosperity, and Happiness. I would like to bring you some of the latest news from Inter
Ordnance.
I.O. Inc. is proud to employ veterans and former NASA personnel here on the Space Coast of Florida.
We see the positive changes in our products every day. Since our move to Florida, we are proud to
say that all of our AK-47 product line is made to true Factory Polish Blue Prints. We finished some of
these product improvements in December of 2015.
We incorporate the latest production methods to ensure reliability and longevity. For example, we
only use the factory specified rivet types.
The Trunnion has the proper counter sink hole at the magazine well and we use the blue print
specified rivets to ensure best quality.

The trunnion and bolt carrier are heat treated to HRC 42-45 after machining. The Receiver is
fully heat treated to the HRC spec in the blueprint as well. To that end, we have also renewed the
calibration certifications on our testing equipment to further ensure Quality Control standards.
The Bolt Carrier has the proper angles machined as specified in the blue prints.
The Gas Port in the Barrel is 2.8mm as specified in
the factory blue prints.
Through the use of proprietary jigs and fixtures,
We have all but eliminated canted sights from
our product line, a problem that plagues many
manufacturers of the AK platform.
Of Course we have also made feature
enhancements. For example, the magazine release
has been extended by ¼ of an inch. This makes it
easier to insert and release magazines.

The Safety Selector has a Bolt Hold Open notch machined into it to provide more functionality for the
user. We have added a recoil buffer which reduces felt recoil and increases product longevity.
We Nitride our barrels which makes them more accurate, adds longevity, and creates a smooth finish
that is easy to wipe clean.
From February/March 2016, All our tactical rifles will be shipping with a rubberized over molded
“Molot” style pistol grip as well as an adjustable RPK type
rear sight. Also, we will add rail covers free of charge to our
tactical guns.
We encourage you to visit your stocking gun dealer to
personally compare our firearms to any import or other
domestic product. We are looking forward to servicing you
and we appreciate your business.
Of course, as the popularity of the AK platform continues to
grow, we want to be able to provide a product that caters
to all the desires of our customers. We have customers
who would like to see a forged and machined front trunnion
and bolt carrier. We call them the “AK Purists.” This is an
antique production method used in the 1940-1970’s.
Science and Engineering show that the tensile strength is about equal to that of a casting. Castings
have no negative effect in the functionality of the firearm. Castings make firearms more economical
to produce and it is used in every major Industry to include: Aerospace, Automotive, Firearms,
Defense, and the medical field.
From Summer 2016 forward, we will offer a “Purist” line of our AK rifle. These rifles will have a forged
and machined bolt carrier and trunnion. The bolt carrier and bolt will be hard chromed. Also, the
barrel will be chrome lined. The retail price will still be under $1,000.00 for this line of products. All
firearms will be made to the original Polish/Russian Blueprints.
Going a step further, we will be offering a fully machined AK-47 rifle. This will not be a hybrid like
what is currently offered by various competitors, but a rifle built to the original blueprints.

This New Year will bring new challenges within the Firearms industry, but hopefully it will also
usher in the “Change” we need to bring America back to the world stage where it belongs. I
am proud to be an American and we all have to stand together to overcome the challenges
domestically and internationally. Please stand united behind our Constitution and our Flag.
Support our military and Law Enforcement.
Only if we stand together will we overcome the division, the mistrust, and the huge downfall
that we have all experienced over the last decade. Our own government encouraged “Us
Americans” to fight against each other instead of working together. Race or ethnicity should
never be an issue in our country. America is a “Melting Pot” and this diversity is what makes
us unique and contributes to our strength. Our founding fathers got it right the first time, “In
God We Trust.” The Consitituion is the second best document ever drafted by mankind after
the Bible.
Our Constitution is under attack. This time not from foreign enemies, but from our own people
who want to see a socialist America. Entitlement has no place in here in the US. Hard
work and dedication to a common goal is the only thing that brought our forefathers to the
prominent place in the world where we are today.
Republicans, Democrats, and Libertarians: Do not give in to the Socialist ideology and
empty slogans. Get true American Patriots elected into office who are known to defend our
constitution and rights.
