Grouts & Water Stops
Stop leaks, fill voids, repair joints and prevent infiltration
with 2-part urethane hydrophilic and hydrophobic grout.
Proven technology, made easier to install and inject with
2-part 300 x 300 ml Ratio-Pak® cartridges, 1/4”, 3/8” or 1/2”
by 24 element static mixers and low cost manual or air
guns.

Prime Coating
After water blasting and clean up, prime coat concrete,
bricks and mortar with 2-part, low viscosity penetrating,
high solids or water borne moisture impermeable epoxy,
to improve adhesion of liner and top coat materials, while
reducing water and vapor penetration and infiltration.
Dual primer coats can easily be sprayed in place with
750 x 750 ml Ratio-Pak® cartridges, 1/4” or 3/8” by 24
element spray/mix nozzles and low cost air guns.
Disposable, low cost spray mix/nozzles are available in
conical or 90 degree spray patterns.

Chimney Liners
Plural component polyurethane, flexible epoxy or hybrid
sealants line and seal the chimney/cover plate area and
grade extensions against water infiltration, while
reducing the impact of traffic loading. These 2-part liner
sealants can be meter-mixed, dispensed and extruded
directly into place for brush or trowel spreading, or
sprayed in place with Ratio-Pak® 750 x 750 ml
cartridges, special static mixers/spray nozzles and air
guns.

Manhole Liners
Line complete manhole after cleaning, grouting, and priming
with 100% solids polyurethane, polyurea (including self
skinning foams) or 2-part flexible epoxy. All plural component
polymeric lining materials can be applied easily and quickly
with Ratio-Pak® cartridges, mixers and air guns for small to mid
sized projects. For mid to larger scale projects, there is a new,
low cost, patent pending, easy to use, Super Quad® low
pressure, 5 gallon capacity, meter mix dispense and spray
device to match most program needs.
