How to become a WTC?
1. Collect documents:
• WTCA Membership Application Form
• Business plan
• Letters of support from government and business organizations
• WTC complex project plans
• The financial statements of the parent organization
2. Pay the initiation fee $ 200,000 and annual fee $ 10,000
3. Submit documents for review to the WTCA
