Mulligrub’s Party Packages
Designed for Toddlers to Children up to 12 years of age.
MINIMUM 10 TO MAXIMUM 20 CHILDREN
At Mulligrub’s Play Centre your child will have a unique party experience with memories to cherish
forever.
Choose from 4 different Party Options:

PROCEDURE
1. Email or phone though your request for party
information be sure to supply your email
address.
2. Choose your party package and date, contact
us to make sure your date is available.
3. A party booking form will be emailed to you,
fill this out, send it back to us, arrange your
$50.00 Non Refundable deposit and your
party is booked.
4. We will email confirmation and send you a
guest list to complete and bring with you on
your party day.
5. Pay the balance of your booking no later than
7 days prior to your party.
Please note: “Little Grubs” parties are for
preschool children.
GENERAL INFORMATION
• All children having parties in party rooms must
be able to sit at a table and feed themselves.
Due to our party rooms being located upstairs
they are not suitable for children under two
years of age.
• You will be allocated a private party room for
your exclusive use for one & a half hours.
You must vacate the room when requested
by your host to allow us to prepare for the
next party, no exceptions.
• Please ask your guests to arrive 10 minutes
before your party.
• If you arrive late for your party you will have
less time in the party room and must vacate
the room at the designated time, children will
still have unlimited play time.
• Our party staff will be available to assist you in
the party room, they will set up the party room,
clean up and assist you with carrying presents
to your car.
• We do not allow themed parties or any
additional room decorations as we strive to
offer consistent parties.
• Food will arrive 20 to 30 minutes after party
start time, cake will be brought out shortly
after.
• Our parties are fully catered, no other food
other than a birthday cake is to be brought
into the centre. If your guests have special
dietary requirements please notify us and we
can assist you.
• All party bookings must be done via our
email [email protected] or website,
bookings will not be taken over the phone.
• Downloadable invitations and thank you cards
are available from our website .

Party Conditions Of Entry
•
All Mulligrub’s Play Centre conditions of entry
apply to party guests.
•
Don’t forget to bring your socks
(NO SOCKS, NO PLAY)
•
Socks can be purchased at Mulligrub’s.
NO FOOD IS TO BROUGHT INTO MULLIGRUB’S
PLAY CENTRE. (with the exception of baby food
and nut free birthday cakes).
Party Times
Parties can be booked for any time during
weekdays.
Saturday and Sunday
10.00am to 11.30am
12.00pm to 1.30pm
2.00pm to 3.30pm
Please ask your guests to arrive 10 minutes early
to allow us sufficient time to book them in at
reception.
WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES IN THE CAFE
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF
LITTLE GRUBS PARTIES ON WEEKDAYS.

Available Monday - Friday 10 am – 3pm only
$15.50 per extra child.
(Last party booking time is 1.30 pm for 3 pm finish)
Mulligrub’s DELUXE Party $315.00
Each party includes:
• Unlimited use of all play facilities
• Reserved table in café for children and parents
for 1.5 hours
• Bowl of hot chips for table
• Fairy bread
• Unlimited cordial and water for 1.5 hours
(Minimum of 10 children) $31.50 per extra child
Each party includes:
• Unlimited use of all play facilities
• Private party room for 1.5 hours
• 4 food choices from Mulligrub’s party menu
• Unlimited cordial and water for 1.5 hours
• Downloadable Party Invitations
• Downloadable Thank You Notes
• Return pass to Mulligrub’s Play Centre for the

• Large Lolly bags for each child

Birthday Cakes
Mulligrub’s Play Centre can supply quality custom cakes at a reasonable price, ask about our range or
bring your own birthday cake. For the safety of your guests please ensure there are no nuts as Mulligrub’s
Play Centre is a nut free zone.
NO OTHER FOOD OR DRINK, EXCEPT BABY FOOD IS TO BE BROUGHT
ONTO THE PREMISES.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
•
Upon choosing your party time you are required to pay $50.00 non refundable deposit to confirm and
secure your booking, your deposit needs to be paid promptly as bookings are taken on a first in best
dressed basis. Balance of payment must be received no less than 7 days prior to your party.
•
Only credit card or cash will be accepted for payment, over the phone card payments can be made.
•
In the event of late payment we reserve the right to cancel your booking which will be allocated to
another party and your deposit will be forfeited.
•
All bookings must be made by using our party booking forms.
•
A Mulligrub’s Play Centre guest list must be completed and submitted on the day of your party, if a guest
list is not supplied your guests may be refused entry, extra children (ie siblings of party guests etc) not
listed will be required to pay our normal entry fees and are not permitted to participate in the party.
•
Final party numbers are required no less than 7 days prior to your party.
•
If there are guests absent on the day there will be no refund as they will have been catered for.
