Kindergartners will have their pictures
taken in a cap (each child will have their
own cap liner) and gown in the blue and
white Holmsley colors. Pictures will be sent
home for approval. You may purchase the
pictures or return
them to school.

students are invited to bring someone special to have lunch with them.

The announcements and information from the guidance
office is listed below. If you have any questions, please
contact Mrs. Gant at 281-463-5893.

5th/6th GRADE TRANSITION - All of our 5th grade
students should have received their registration forms for
the middle schools. Registration forms were due March
22nd.
Make
sure
your
child
has
returned
their
registration form to Mrs. Gant. Students will receive a
list of their classes for next year in May. All elective
changes must be made by June 1st.
According to the
information from the middle schools, no elective changes
will be made when the 2016-2017 school year begins.
•
CREDIT BY EXAM - If you are interested in your
Holmsley Staff and student are busy preparing a
theme basket for the silent auction. A letter will be
sent home with students requesting a themed item
to be donated. The item should be new and
between $1.00 and $5.00. Please be sure to send all
times by the requested date.
On the day of the carnival, be sure to check out all
the wonderful and creative baskets in the gym. The
silent auction begins at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 2:00
p.m. Winners will be announced starting at 2:30 p.m.
in the cafeteria.
Winners do not have to be present to win. However,
baskets must be paid in full when picked up. Baskets
must be picked up by Tuesday, April 26th, or they will
be awarded to the next highest bidder.
