de-flashing and trimming.

Heise Industries, Inc. delivers high quality molds.
We have built a team of experienced and skilled mold makers, CNC
operators, and tool and die specialists. Our team of machinists is focused
on continuous quality improvement to ensure manufacturing efficiency, quality,
and safety. Our inspection department is equipped with fully automated
coordinate measuring machines, vision inspection, optical comparators, custom
gauges, and an array of other instruments to insure complete and accurate
inspections.
Heise Industries, Inc. was founded in 1965 by
Brooks B. Heise, Sr., the 2010 recipient of
SPE’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are equipped with high
speed horizontal milling centers, CNC 5 axis turning centers, EDM, digitizing,
and complete grinding, lathe and Bridgeport capacity. Our three manufacturing
plants around the world allow for seamless manufacturing synergy to better
serve our international customers.
