PASSENGER TIRE WARRANTY Every new passenger car tire and tube bearing our name and serial number and which is not branded as a "second," is
guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material throughout the life of the original tread, without limit as to
time or mileage.
In addition, all such passenger car tires manufactured subsequent to Dec. 31, 1959, of a type listed on our war­
ranty certificate, when used in normal passenger car service, are guaranteed to the consumer first purchasing such
tires, until the expiration of the specified service months - but not beyond the 1ife of the original tread - against
blowouts, fabric breaks, cuts and snags, which in our opinion rende.r the tire unserviceable.
This additional guarantee does not apply to tires irregularly worn, damaged by punctures, running flat, fire,
wrecks, collisions, chain cuts or obstructions on the automobile, nor does it apply to such tires when used on vehicles
other than a passenger automobile. All claims presented hereunder must be accompanied by the presentation of
a duly authenticated warranty certificate issued at time of purchase.
If our examination shows that such tire or tube has failed under the terms of this warranty, we will either reparr it or make
an allowance for unused service, measured according to tread wear and computed on our then current retail list price, on
the purchase of a new tire or tube of our ma,nufacture. The owner making the claim shall assume and pay reasonable service
charges, transportation costs, and all Federal, State and local taxes incident thereto.
This warranty is made for the exclusive benefit of the owner actually using these products, is not assignable, and no claim
hereunder will be recognized unless submitted on our standard claim form duly filled out and signed by such owner.
It is understood that we make no warranties except those expressly stated herein and that we will not be liable for damages
to persons or property which may result from the failure of a tire or tube of our manufacture, regardless of the cause of such
failure .

A. Fill out Warranty Cerlificate.
B. Give original to purchaser.
C . Mail copy to BFG Zone Service Representative (or to BFG supply point for forwarding) .
Possession or issuance of this price list shall not be deemed an agreement on the· part of this Company to sell at the prices indicated
herein. We reserve to ourselves the right to decline any order and to change the prices contained in this price list, without notice.
Tire and tube prices do not include Federal Excise Tax which is an additional charge as shown.
