integral part of medicine. Our medications are easy to use and gently activate the
body’s self-healing powers - as intended by nature and requested by health care
professionals and patients around the world.
T E R M S A N D CO N D I T I O N S
We are committed to providing health care professionals with the best possible service
for their daily needs. We are pleased to serve you from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Eastern
Standard Time) Monday to Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday. Delivery will
take place 24 to 48 hours across Canada, after the order has been placed.
We will follow-up on any products that may be back ordered and will forward them
free of shipping charges, as soon as they become available.
All claims must be made within ten (10) days following receipt of merchandise and
will be credited after final authorization from Heel Canada Inc.
• Shipping and Handling Fees
- All orders of $250 and over will be shipped free of charge
- All orders under $250 are subject to a handling fee of $12
- The minimum order is $75 (no minimum required for the first order)
• Payment Terms
- 1.5% off within 10 days (cheque or cash payments only), net 30 days after
credit approval
- Prices quoted are subject to GST and provincial taxes (where applicable)
- A monthly administration fee of 1.5% will be applied on past due accounts
- Visa and Mastercard are accepted
• Merchandise Return Policy
- All claims must be made within ten (10) days from receipt of merchandise
- All returns must be pre-authorized by your Heel Canada representative
(no returns will be accepted on products expired for more than 6 months)
- After 10 days, a 30% restocking fee will be applied
