Casino! The following information will help you get
started. Please keep in mind the contract personnel
business meetings will begin at 8:00 a.m., Wednesday,
November 30, 2005.
There are three important deadlines that are fast approaching:
October 12, 2005 is the deadline for all trade show booth applications. There is a limit of 120 booths. Trade show applications, along with convention registration, will only be considered when accompanied by full payment. All other convention
pre-registration forms, with full payment, must be received in the
PRCA National Office by November 4, 2005. Finally, don’t miss out
on the phenomenal rate The Mirage is offering to convention attendees. Please make your room reservations no later than
November 3, 2005 to get this great rate.

THE MIRAGE HOTEL & CASINO
The official hotel for the 2005 PRCA National Convention is The
Mirage Hotel & Casino. To make room reservations, please call The
Mirage Hotel & Casino at (800) 499-6311. Please request the special room rate of $99 per night, plus tax, by identifying yourself as
being with the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.
Please be aware that you must secure your room reservations with
a first-night deposit or credit card number. You will be charged for
the first night at the time you make the room reservation.
Please make your reservations as soon as possible so that your
room requests at the special rate can be fulfilled by The Mirage
Hotel & Casino! This special rate is available until November 3,
2005.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 6-8 P.M.
The 19th Annual PRCA Welcome Reception, hosted by the PRCA, kicks off the contestants’ arrival in Las Vegas
for the 47th annual Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. Don’t miss your chance to congratulate them on their year of
accomplishments and to send them into competition with your best wishes!
All contestants are introduced, and receive their official Wrangler NFR back numbers, jackets, and rings. Buckles
and bonus checks for the 2005 Jack Daniels World Standings year-end leaders will also be presented. Beverages
and hors d’oeuvres will be provided.
PRCA AWARDS BANQUET
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 1, 6–10 P.M.
The PRCA Awards Banquet will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a cocktail reception, followed by a dinner and awards program at 6:30 p.m. Various awards will be presented, including awards to contract personnel of the year, stock contractors of the year, rodeo committees of the year, and AQHA horses of the year.
Save $25 by purchasing baquet tickets on or beore November 4 for $75 per person. Tickets purchased after
November 4 are $100 per person.

Finals Rodeo pin with proceeds benefitting the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund.
MISS RODEO AMERICA PAGEANT
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 27 – SATURDAY, DECEMBER 3
The 51st Annual Miss Rodeo America Pageant will showcase the talent, beauty and horsemanship ability of young
women from throughout the United States as they compete for the title of Miss Rodeo America 2006. State title holders have spent this past year working within their respective home states promoting the Sport of Professional Rodeo.
Now they come together to compete for this prestigious title, to become the First Lady of Professional Rodeo. You are
encouraged to be a part of pageant week activities and offer support to your state representative.
You are especially encouraged to attend the Miss Rodeo America Pageant PRCA luncheon at the Mirage on
Wednesday, November 30 from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.n. Tickets are $36 per person, and reservations are required.
The Miss Rodeo America organization takes this opportunity ti recognize the rodeo committees who have so graciously hosted Selena Ulch, Miss Rodeo America 2005.

The PRCA National Convention is proud to host a three-day trade show with 120 booths featuring PRCA contract
personnel and associate members. This provides a great opportunity for convention attendees to meet the exhibitors
and to discuss business.
For those PRCA contract personnel and associate members who are interested in being exhibitors, please read
the following information carefully.
PRCA TRADE SHOW POLICIES
The PRCA Trade Show is an invitational, non-commercial event. Any vendors participating in the PRCA Trade
Show are invited to display their businesses only. THE SALE OF PRODUCTS IS PROHIBITED. Contract personnel members are given first priority in reserving booth space. Any associate members interested in reserving booth space will
be placed on a waiting list and will be assigned a space when one becomes available.
For those individuals interested in sharing a booth with another PRCA member, please note that we will only
accept applications and payment from a primary booth holder, which is the individual who is responsible for that booth
and any information regarding the booth (payment, signage, and exhibitor information). The primary booth holder
should send in an application for a booth with full payment, if there will be a second booth occupant, full payment for
both registrations must also be received.
REGISTRATION, FEES & IMPORTANT DATES
Again, booth reservations must contain full payment for both the booth space and convention registrations. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. and should be received in the PRCA National
Headquarters by Oct. 12. Please see forms for all applicable fees. Please note that reduced guest rates for tradeshow helpers will be applied ONLY if the helper is NOT a PRCA card holder. PRCA card holders who come as tradeshow helpers will be charged the $175 registration fee for the PRCA National Convention.
Champion Exposition Services will provide an exhibitor kit containing information regarding exhibits and materials. A 10-by-10-foot area with a draped exhibit booth, two chairs, a 6-foot table, waste basket, and an identification
sign are included in the booth price. Electrical outlets are available upon request for an additional fee.
Booth applications and payments must be received in the PRCA National Headquarters by Oct. 12, 2005.

Pre-registration forms will be accepted when accompanied by full payment. Faxed pre-registration forms will
only be accepted if they contain credit card information and a release signature. Pre-registration forms must be
received in the PRCA National Headquarters by November 4. After this date, additional fees will apply.

TRADE SHOW
This year’s trade show will run November 30 – December 2, with setup on the afternoon of November 29. To
participate in the 2005 Trade Show, please fill out the application in the back of this booklet. Applications will be
accepted only with full payment of booth and registration(s), on a first-come, first-served basis. All applications
must be received in the PRCA National Office by October 12. Champion Exposition Services will be the official service company for the trade show, so additional fees may apply. Champion Exposition Services will send out booth
information kits once registration has been completed and confirmed by the PRCA.
