REDEMPTION FORM TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This contest is organized by Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd and is open to all Singapore residents except employees and
immediate families of Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd, our advertising agencies, participating retailer.
2. Multiple entries can be submitted however each entry will only be entitled to redeem 1 movie pass. Each entry must be
attached with original receipt(s) providing purchase of 4 bottles and above of NESCAFÉ® Smoovlatté.
3. Only original redemption form will be accepted. Any incomplete redemption forms or forms without original receipt
will be disqualified.
4. Prizes are limited to first 100 tickets redemption.
5. Contest period is from 29th May to 25th June 2014. All entries must reach Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd by 30th June 2014.
Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd is not responsible for any lost or damaged entries.
6. Winners will be notified by post.
7. In event of any dispute, Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd’s decision relating to the contest and prize will be final.
8. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
