His Majesty the Pecorino Toscano is made from a sheep milk which are
coming pastures of the Tuscany region or from other neighboring areas
included in its specification. Rich in tradition, is famous throughout the world
for its fresh taste and gentle. Under the white-brown crust, this charming
cheese has a sweet taste and a milk aroma, which loses quality during
maturation in favor of a more intense flavor structured and which gives it
an amazing aromatic complexity. No doubt seasoning makes this incredible
cheese, that is apparently simple, a magnitude in the quality of its raw
materials, and all the passion in the art of its production. Good as a table
cheese, located endless possibilities to taste it, in appetizers, exalting him
with honey, marmalade and candied fruits, or fanciful salads with the addition
of an Extra Virgin olive Oil or finally grated in a first course. Ideal for any
occasion serve it with Tuscan red wines as a Chianti Classico, Morellino
di Scansano and Brunello di Montalcino. It ‘an exceptionally elegant cheese.
