Sexual Harassment/Assault Response
Program (SHARP)
•  In April, JBLM will observe Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. The
goal is to increase awareness of sexual violence and decrease assaults within the
JBLM Community.
•  All major units will be hosting events during SAAPM this year. A complete listing of
events will be at http://www.jblmmwr.com/acs/other_pages/acs/sharp/sharp.html
•  Key events include:
•  I Corps SAAPM Kickoff April 1st , Carey Theater from 1300 – 1500.
•  7th Infantry Division “SHARP of Fortune”, JBLM Main PX, 1100 – 1300.
•  593rd Awareness Run, April 15th, Seals Field 0630 – 0800.
•  JBLM “Take Back the Night”, April 21st , Shoreline Park, 1830 – 2030.
•  Madigan Survivor Experience, April 28th , Letterman Auditorium, 1100 – 1300.

Mission Statement
The Traumatic Brain Injury Program provides comprehensive health care,
education and research across the continuum, ranging from the impact of
trauma exposure to the effects of all grades/types of brain injury.
The program is designed to prevent, identify, and mitigate the effects of head
and brain trauma and associated co-morbidities, and is aligned with the
performance triad of sleep, activity and nutrition to promote brain health.

well the Housing Privatization Program is doing to meet your on-base
housing needs.
The information you and your family provide will guide us and our

April and 15 May.

Installation Voting Assistance Office:
•  The Primary and Caucus elections are in full swing. The Installation Voting
Office is standing by to assist with voter information, assistance, and
registration. All Service Members, Family members, Retirees, and
Civilians of the JBLM Community have access to the Installation Voting
Office.
•  All personnel should ensure their local election office has the most up-todate contact information to ensure receipt of absentee ballots.
•  Call to schedule a briefing for unit/leadership and Family Readiness
Groups.
