Staff Vacancy Ministry Assistant Accounting Services Don Pettit is taking advantage of a new job opportunity and will be leaving the Accounting Services position as soon as possible. The Personnel Committee is accepting applications for the part-time Ministry Assistant -Accounting Services position. The successful individual will need to function in a church office environment and be able to maintain church financial data and generate reports using computer technology. At a minimum, the position will need the ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Quicken. In order to ensure that FBC Springfield sees the money in its account prior to the end of the year, and to make the accounting of year-end contributions easier, a safe date to complete all transactions is December 24th.
