MEADOWLANDS PARK
Meadowlands Park will be built on a 19-acre site and will feature over 230,000 square feet of flex/industrial
space. With this project, Russo Development continues to lead the way in the industrial flex space market. Russo
has completed two similar projects in the Meadowlands District, including a 211,000 square foot facility for H.D.
Smith Pharmaceutical and a 135,000 square foot distribution facility for Pepsi Bottling Group.
