Place your carts at the curb on collection day
by 5 a.m.  Trash is collected weekly  Recycling and Yard Waste are collected every
other week for customers in the recycling and
green waste service areas  Do not overfill your
carts  Lids must close  Set carts 3 feet apart
and away from objects such as cars and mailboxes  Place carts at curb with handles facing
away from the street.
Holiday Pickup Schedule
If your service day lands on or after a holiday
(indicated in gold on the calendar) in a given
week, service will occur one day later, including
Saturday for Friday collection.

Bulky Waste Coupons
RECYCLING
Subscribing customers receive five (5)
coupons per year, for bulky waste collection
at no charge. Customers can use the five
coupons two times per year. A coupon must
accompany each bulky waste item.

Payment Options
Managing your Waste Management
account is easy. There are four options
to pay your bill:
1. Register your Waste Management
account online and pay your bill through
the EZ Pay system, wm.com/myaccount;
2. Mail in your payment, to Waste
Management, P.O. Box 541008 Los
Angeles, CA 90054 or;
3. Pay your bill in person at the Waste
Management of North Valley office, 2569
Scott Avenue, Chico, CA 95928.
4. Call customer service at 530-893-4777.
