REPAIRS AND RENOVATIONS UPDATE
We have been busy this summer keeping our buildings in good shape!
Just wanted to inform you about some big projects that have been completed
Main Church:
All of the exit lights (16 in total) have been replaced with new fixtures.
Chapel:
One of the fans in the air conditioning unit had to be replaced.
Rectory offices:
The final phase is now complete. All the offices have been completely renovated.
Exterior lights:
The outside light fixtures are slowly being replaced with energy efficient units.
The total cost for these renovations is about $16,000. We are able to do this work
thanks to your generosity! In the coming weeks we will begin the complete
renovations of the bathrooms in Heafey Hall.
ACTUALIZACIÓN DE LAS REPARACIONES Y RENOVACIONES
¡Hemos estado muy ocupados este verano manteniendo nuestros edificios en buen estado! Sólo quería informarle acerca de algunos grandes proyectos que se han completado:
Iglesia principal:
todas las luces de la salida (16 en total) han sido reemplazadas con nuevos accesorios.
Capilla:
uno de los ventiladores del equipo del acondicionador de aire tuvo que ser reemplazado.
Oficinas de la rectoría:
la fase final se ha completado. Todas las oficinas han sido completamente renovadas.
Luces exteriores:
los artefactos de iluminación de afuera lentamente están siendo
reemplazados por unidades de bajo consumo.
El costo total de estas renovaciones es de aproximadamente $16.000.
¡Estamos en condiciones de realizar este trabajo gracias a su generosidad! En las próximas
semanas vamos a comenzar las renovaciones completas de los baños en Heafey Hall.
ANNUAL CATHOLIC APPEAL 2014 • PLEDGED:$103,840 RECEIVED: $47,207
As you can see we have surpassed our pledged goal of $86,000. We still have a ways to go in order to
receive that money. Please be faithful to your monthly pledge. It’s very important to include your pledge card
in the envelope when mailing. Also, if you are able consider paying off your pledge as soon as you can. If
you still have not made a pledge to the appeal – please do so. For more information and to answer any

SOCIAL MINISTRY Every Wednesday following the 9 a.m. mass we have a light breakfast in Heafey Hall.
It’s a great opportunity to socialize and get to know your neighbors. If you’re free any Wednesday… stop by
after mass and enjoy a delicious refreshment.
PASTORAL COUNCIL MEETING
All group leaders should attend an important meeting on Monday August 4, at 6:30pm in heafey hall.
At this meeting we will work on plans for our parish feast.
