with disabilities and dislocated workers in Broome, Chenango, Delaware and
Tioga Counties to initiate or expand a small business in New York State. We
offer free training and one-on-one counseling, plus numerous other
networking opportunities.
EAP is funded by an annual grant from Empire State Development, sponsored
by the Binghamton Local Development Corporation (BLDC), offered by the
Broome Triad (Broome Community College, Broome County Urban League
and Broome Tioga Workforce NY) and delivered by Broome Community
College.
