Cara frontal: Está formada por 4 cuadros: Hacer
2 cuadros según gráfico A. Hacer otros dos
cuadros de la siguiente manera: montar 16 p.
de cadeneta trab. a p. anillas. A 16 cm. cortar
el hilo y rematar. Coser los 4 alternados como
se ve en la fotografía.
Cara posterior: Trab. igual que la cara frontal.

CONFECCIÓN Y REMATE
Situar la tira de base y laterales alrededor de
una cara y sujetar con alfileres para que quede
bien repartida. Coserla a punto de lado por el
derecho de la labor.
Hacer lo mismo con la otra cara del bolso.
Coser los lados largos de una asa.
Cortar el tubo de plástico por la mitad.
Introducir uno de los dos tubos obtenidos en el
interior del asa.
Coser el asa en el centro del lado superior de
una cara dejando entre los dos extremos una
distancia de 18 cm.
Hacer la otra asa igual.
Si se desea se puede forrar el bolso.

poner hilo en el ganchillo y pasar a través de la

FINISHING (MAKING UP)
Pin the strip that forms the base and sides around
one side of the bag taking care that it is evenly
distributed. Sew using side seams on the right
side of work.
Do the same with the other side of the bag.
Sew the long sides of one handle.
Cut the tube of plastic in half.
Insert one of the plastic tubes into the handle.
Sew the handle to the centre of the upper edge of
one side of the bag leaving a distance of 7 1/8”/
18 cm between the ends of the handle.
Make another handle the same.
If required you can line the bag.

INSTRUCTIONS
Front side: This is made up of 4 squares: Make
two squares following graph A. Make two more
squares in the following manner: chain 16 and
work in loop st. When square measures 6 1/4”/
16 cm, cut yarn and fasten off ends neatly.
Sew the 4 squares alternating them as shown
in the photograph.
Back side: Work same as for front.
Base and sides: This is worked in one piece.
Chain 7 and work in relief st. When base and
sides measure 37 3/4”/ 96 cm, cut yarn and
fasten off ends neatly.
Handles: Chain 28 and work as follows: 1 row
single crochet, 1 row half double crochet, 2 rows
